Finally it’s upon us.

We emerge from the darkness of an international break to be thrown into the biggest match-up of the season as Manchester United face Manchester City at Old Trafford – Jose Mourino versus Pep Guardiola.

The appetite and expectation for this match is huge. Even without the presence of Sergio Aguero for the visitors, the sheer volume of talent on show is somewhat bewildering.

Fantasy managers will have mixed feelings. There will be those hoping for a spectacle and for the goals to flow, whilst others, perhaps banking on defensive acquisitions, will be looking for this stormy fixture to pass without significant incident and with clean sheets preserved.

One thing seems certain – we are not about to be eased back into domestic action. Even this early in the campaign, there are reputations at stake that will ensure this will be a gripping encounter.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

Here we go... Mourinho back to his usual after first defeat - talking about players disappointing. How long before he looses the dressing room?

Hardly classic Mourinho. Usually blames the ref.

I like that he admitted they were outplayed in the first half.

In his first (come back) season at chelsea he'd always defend the squad in victory and defeat. He took on specific players in the second season when things really went south.

In all fairness City were incredibly sharp going forward.

Souare, Lamela, Ramirez and Rondon not starting.

Should I consider WC or just a result of late internationals (apart from Souare) ?

To be fair he has always played after an international, shocked he hasn't started. Was an article on here debunking the fatigue risk.

Anyone see the pitch in the Serbia Rep Of Ireland game??? Paddy Field(excuse the pun).

Dusan Tadic run himself into the ground in that game. He was everywhere. Interesting to see how he performs today. He must be tired

Capoue scored again!! Where does he even play? I thought he was a defensive midfielder? I am gutted I didn't bring in Iheanacho and opted for Benteke at the last minute. He would have been an amazing differential. At least Benteke scored though.

Is Aguero a must have when he returns? I'm using my wildcard and I'm looking at two options:

    1) Bringing in a Liverpool midfielder (probably Firminho) or 2) keeping Fletcher to save $$$ for Aguero's return next week

    So option 1)

    Fletcher, Capoue, Hazard, Barkley, Antonio
    Ibra, Costa, Benteke

    Or option 2)

sub Firminho in for Fletcher and then next weel switch Ibra or Costa for Aguero........
