Gameweek 14 comes to its conclusion this Monday evening as Middlesbrough welcome Hull City to the Riverside Stadium.

‘Boro’s Alvaro Negredo is the most popular Fantasy Premier League player on show tonight – the Spaniard is owned by just less than 14% of managers after netting twice in last week’s 2-2 draw at Leicester.

Aitor Karanka’s side have mustered just one clean sheet in the previous ten yet will be optimistic of defensive returns, bearing in mind that Hull have scored just once in their last three road trips.

With the fixtures set to turn in their favour from Gameweek 17 onwards, the Teesside team offer us the chance for some early festive scouting in the 8pm kick-off.

Roberto Snodgrass is the Tigers’ likeliest source of returns.

The Scot has produced more than twice the number of FPL points than any team-mate, though has managed just one goal on his travels so far.

Having conceded 15 times in their last four road trips, it’s fair to say that Mike Phelan’s side face a tough task to chalk up defensive returns tonight.

    Spurs and fullbacks. I can easily see Walker being rotated against BUR and wat. Rose being more secure because of Davies injury. Do you agree?

        @Fplvirgin. I think Trippier will play against CSKA and Hull. Possibly away to Watford too. That is the way Poch have used his full-backs before.

            I would be more inclined to do that than not. Poch is always quick to rotate his full backs at this time of year, while Alonso looks more secure. With Chelsea's fixtures, Alonso will make up the -4 in no time.

        Would give me 8.6 to spend. Currently no Pool cover and considering Can. But could also go Eriksen or Ali and double up on Spurs (already have Harry). Other mids are Sanchez and Siggy.

      FPL Stats has had him dropping every night for a week. FFFix has him at -76, so maybe not. But if you're going to sell anyway there's a risk involved in waiting.

      I remember when I bought him 4-5 GWs ago and the choice was him or Alonso. And the rest is history

      They've been abysmal at the back this season, and with his constant spate of yellows, it's just been 0 week in week out 🙁

      I don't understand these options... You already have Ibra so in option A) you'd have to downgrade Ibra to Anichebe and then I guess Capoue to Sanchez. So option B) Would be Walcott and Firmino --> Can and Sanchez?

      So basically

      A) Ibra and Capoue --> Anichebe and Sanchez(-4)

      B) Walcott and Firmino --> Can and Sanchez(-4)

      It would have to be A) for me.

    before GW11 I was deciding between Fuchs and Alonso in.
    I went Fuchs.

    Since then:
    Alonso - 27 pts
    Fuchs - 1 pts

    Now I did Fuchs ➡ Alonso.

    Wait for Fuchs going riot in the couple of next.. 😐

    Haz Sanchez Firm Allen (de Roon)
    Kane Costa Austin

    0 FT, 2.5 ITB

    Used my FT to bring in Costa for Aguero as soon as he fly-kicked Luiz. With the extra cash free now i'd like to do Evans + Walker + Allen to Nyom + Alonso + Siggy. I could do these transfers over the next couple of gameweeks but I have the exact cash now and could be priced out with the price rises. My initial feeling is to get Siggy in for Allen (-4) and just hope Walker's good fixtures help him match Alonso.

      I think both could be good choices. Started to get a bit worried on Austin might be rotatet in December. Depends on how bad you need the money to upgrade the rest of your team I think. I also wanna present Andy Carrol as an exciting option. Think I will wait to next round but im thinking doing austin > Carroll to get in sanchez at boxing day.

        I forgot about Defoe. He looks the best option.
        I might be torn between him or benteke.
        My initial plan was to keep lukaku for the Watford game, and take ibra the week after, but with bolaise out, it's no use keeping lukaku.
