Andy Carroll looks set to miss West Ham’s trip to Stoke City, Arsenal centre-half Laurent Koscielny remains a doubt ahead of Sunday’s north London derby, while West Brom’s Matt Phillips is back on the sidelines with a hamstring problem.

Southampton duo Charlie Austin and Matt Targett returned to training on Thursday, although neither player will be ready to face Hull City tomorrow.

Tigers head coach Marco Silva has no fresh injury concerns ahead of the trip to St Mary’s, with defender Omar Elabdellaoui still sidelined due to a back injury.

Jonathan Walters is Stoke City’s only injury concern ahead of the home encounter against West Ham United. Potters boss Mark Hughes hopes the attacker will be able to take part in training today in order to provide his fitness.

Andy Carroll is set to miss the trip to the bet365 Stadium due to a groin injury, but Hammers boss Slaven Bilic will welcome back Mark Noble and Sam Byram, with the pair available again after completing their suspensions. Robert Snodgrass (knee) and Sofiane Feghouli (knock) remain doubtful.

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe is likely to be devoid of Dan Gosling’s (calf) services for the trip to Sunderland, while Andrew Surman remains out with a knee injury. That means Lewis Cook is likely to earn a start in central midfield.

West Bromwich Albion head coach Tony Pulis is without Matt Phillips and Hal Robson-Kanu for the home fixture against Leicester City after the pair both suffered hamstring injuries in training this week.

Islam Slimani has returned to training following a groin injury, with Foxes boss Craig Shakespeare expecting the forward to be fit for the trip to the Hawthorns. Wes Morgan (hamstring) is described as “touch and go” by Shakespeare, although he will give the skipper every chance to prove his fitness.

Crystal Palace manager Sam Allardyce will be without Mamadou Sakho for the home meeting with Burnley after the defender suffered a knee injury during the 1-0 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur. The Eagles boss indicated Damien Delaney will replace the Frenchman in central defence alongside Martin Kelly.

Burnley manager Sean Dyche will have to make at least one change from the side that lost 2-0 to Manchester United for the trip to Selhurst Park after Joey Barton was banned by the FA following a betting investigation. Ben Mee (shin) is Dyche’s main injury concern, but Stephen Ward (knee), Scott Arfield (knee) and Sam Vokes (hamstring) could all be available.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho will be without the suspended Marouane Fellaini for the home clash against Swansea City, while Paul Pogba is a doubt after missing the Manchester derby due to a knock. Timothy Fosu-Mensah is also a major doubt with a shoulder injury suffered on his introduction from the bench in Thursday’s derby.

Swansea City head coach Paul Clement is hopeful Jack Cork (ankle) and Martin Olsson (hamstring) will be fit to return for the trip to Old Trafford, while Leroy Fer could be available despite picking up a dead leg in last weekend’s 2-0 win over Stoke City. Wayne Routledge is out, though, after undergoing a hernia operation on Tuesday.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger rates Laurent Koscielny’s chances of recovering from the knee problem he picked up during Wednesday night’s 1-0 win over Leicester City as “60/40.” Shkodran Mustafi will definitely miss the North London derby and is out for around two more weeks, with a thigh injury ruling him out for a further two weeks. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is fully fit and could return to the XI, having been benched against Leicester City in midweek as a precaution.

Watford look set to be without Craig Cathcart (knee) for the home clash against Liverpool, while head coach Walter Mazzarri will check on the fitness of midfielder Valon Behrami to assess whether he is ready to come back into the starting XI.

All this and more has now been updated in the Team News section ahead of tomorrow’s deadline. Keep an eye on our official Twitter Stream for breaking news – as the day unfolds, we will issue updates from Friday’s press conferences and refresh our Team News tab accordingly to keep you informed.

      Benteke
      (Burnley fan with away ticket)

Our away for is poor, we are capable of a shut out sure but I can't see it.
We're likely without Ben Mee which will be a blow to our defense, he's been outstanding all season.

    Repost # : I changed quite a lot, have a look:

    Jakupovic - Pickford
    Monreal - Stephens/Yoshida - Alonso - Kingsley - Holgate
    Carroll - King - Sanchez - Hazard - Alli
    Costa - Kane - Gabbi

How bow dah'? Eriksen or Alli, which one to lose or should I just lose San and make a new team??

Do you have BB left? if so, I'm not sure about several choices - Kingsley, Jaku, and Carroll.

I'd personally do - Costa for Anichebe, Carroll for Eriksen, Jaku for Cab, and Kingsley for Huth (if that works with price). I think that will make for a much better team, as 3 of those options look better, and Eriksen-Costa is relatively close

    Hi all,

Go this for GW 35. 1FT and 0.6ITB

    Hennessey
    Valencia / Yoshida / Davies
    King / Alli / Sanchez / Zaha / Siggy
    Kane / Lukaku

    Pickford / Negredo / Huth / Gibson

    Do I:

    1. Save FT.
    2. Negredo -> Gabby
    3. Better option?

    A. Play Henny
    B. Play Picky

    DDG (Jaku)
    Alonso, Davies, Evans (Fernandez, Holgate)
    Sanchez, Alli, Coutinho, Siggy (Fletch)
    Kane, Lukaku, Negredo

    A) Siggy, Negredo > King, Benteke (c) -4
    B) Siggy, Negredo > King, Gabbi (c) -4
    C) Fletch > King

Still have WC. Maybe get Gabbi as he will rise tonight and is nice option for double double?

is hazard a good option for captain considering:
    1) he scored 19 pts in the reverse fixture.
    2) he is away and he almost never scores any significant pts.

19 points in reverse fixture was when Everton didn't have Gueye available. Everton look more solid when Gueye and Schneiderlin play.
Hazard's a good call but can't see Chelsea putting 5 past Everton this time.

For the first time this week I think I'm content with my WC draft:

    Willy Pickford
    Yoshida Alonso Azpi Daniels Stephens
    Alli Sane Hazard Sanchez King
    Kane Gabbiadini Anichebe

    1.2 ITB, BB

    - Intend on playing 3-5-2, with Gabbi >> Jesus DGW37 (if getting gametime)
    - Stephens and Anichebe good low cost enablers, and can be used in DGW37
    - Daniels and King no dGW but nice fixtures, could work out well
    - Double Chelsea defence, after this week they have a nice run of fixtures and hopefully CS

Thoughts please, I know some will not like but appreciate any feedback!!

    Cheers

    WC team, any thoughts folks?

    Caballero/ Pickford
    Alonso/ Bailly/ Gabriel/ Yoshida/ Holgate
    Hazard/ Alli/ Coutinho/ King/ T Carroll
    Kane/ Costa/ Benteke

£3.0 ITB, so leaves enough to do Cout to Sanchez next week (not decided on that one yet) and maybe Benteke to Gabby too.

    Alonso Gabriel Yoshida Stephens Holgate

    Kane Jesus Gabbi

Thoughts on my WC this week? Would you downgrade Alli or King to upgrade the defence and give me less benching problems?

      If anything I'd downgrade Sanchez.

I have something similar. Would consider one of Eriksen / Alli -> JWP.

    Pickford
    Alonso Valencia Pieters
    Sanchez Alli Eriksen Siggy
    Kane Lukaku Benteke

    (Heaton ASmith Gibson TCarroll)

1 FT 0.0 ITB WC BB
    10pts behind, rival owns Hazard.

    A. Lukaku Siggy > Gabbiadini Hazard (-4)
    B. Lukaku Siggy > Jesus Firmino (-4)
    C. Siggy > King
    D. WC early / any other suggestions gratefully considered - Cheers!

    Good afternoon, all.

I know there are a million RMWTs about, but if anyone has a sec to critically evaluate this one, I would be grateful:

    Cech, Caballero
    Yoshida, Holgate, Stephens, Bailly, Gabriel
    Sanchez, Hazard, Eriksen, Sane, King
Aguero, Gabbiadini, Costa (but Benteke this week)

I'm aware of the risks with City players, of rotation issues for the two Gabis and I'm still not 100% sold on Sanchez, but any other thoughts?

    Thanks.

wow that TV. I'd go Kane over Kun, he's a better option, cheaper and more nailed

        Thanks, Liiusions,

I still have Kane at the moment (not pressed the button yet) but, just comparing fixtures, Aguero is way ahead. The issue, as you rightly say, is that Aguero is not nailed, although it is easier to downgrade than upgrade if needed!

Oh, and leaves £0.1 so despite high TV that's the lot!

Bailly not nailed if Jones Smalling come back. Same for Gabriel with mustafi

        Cheers, Rhinos,

Bailly and Gabriel were the only changes to my last draft (from Alonso and £3.9m), but my thinking is that they should be fine for now (Mustafi 2 weeks away, for starters) and I can change later if needed.

I think there will always be an element of risk/ rotation when trying to cram doublers or good singlers in, but thanks for highlighting that particular area of concern.

Like it on the whole but some suggestions.
Would downgrade one of the GK's to Pickford - frees up cash.
I'd go whole hog on DGWers and lose Holgate & King personally.
King to JWP or Albrighton & upgrade Holgate & Stephens.

        Thanks, Gnu,

The temptation to go 15DGW is strong, for sure! But King has served and continues to serve me brilliantly, so he is very likely to stay in.

That means I could only fund upgrades by downgrading Willy to Pickford, saving £0.6ish (I've had Pickford for ages). Would that enable me to upgrade Holgate? He would only play Week 37 and is hope to Watford, so didn't seem a terrible match up.

But yeah, it's lovely to see the 30 players + captain at the start of the week, isn't it!

Just another thought My Pretty Pony, Bailly to Blind gives you Holgate to Huth or a gamble on one the dodgy Citeh defenders , Zab & Stones (not for me)

Good point - will consider that. I'd have 3 City already (and wouldn't want to gamble there) but the Blind-Huth combo could outscore the Bailly-Holgate one.

Reckon Valencia out for a hit is worth it? Holgate (CHE) will come in and Mustafi is out. Will need to downgrade soon anyway to fund other transfers.

      DDG
      Alonso Valencia Yoshida Holgate Mustafi
      Sanchez Alli Eriksen Zaha JWP
      Kane Rashford Gabbiadini

If so, who? (Only BB chip left, will use in 37)

      A) Clichy (no longer nailed, even if he don't play both in double, still a good sgw)
      B) Brunt (nice home game this week, has set pieces, terrible fixtures in double
      C) Fuchs (similar to Brunt above but home next week)
      D) Holebas (poor fixtures but a double and capable of attacking points v anyone)
      E) Daniels (forget the doubles)

Thoughts on my first WC draft?

      Willy - Pickford
      Yoshida - Azpi - Daniels - Holgate - Kingsley
      Eriksen - Hazard - Sanchez - King - Ward-Prowse
      Kane - Gabbiadini - Costa

0 ITB and BB ready for GW37

So Gabriel safe for gw36 it seems. Or does he need to watch out for Holding?

I know people who are getting Anichebe are primarily doing it for the money but games on Saturday and Tuesday for a relegated team are a huge red flag
