Scoutcast crew discuss evolving template and best chip strategies

There are some big questions for the Scoutcast crew to answer tonight.

The Fantasy Premier League template continues to break up and dissolve while new players are making cases for a place in the new so-called ‘meta team’.

Join Joe, Karam and Pro Pundit Tom Freeman on our YouTube channel to hear their discussion.

The show will run from 20:00 GMT to 21:00 GMT.

Up for consideration in the new template is Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero (£12.0m), so we will begin our analysis with him ahead of a favourable Gameweek 26 match against West Ham.

Meanwhile, those on the chopping block include John Lundstram (£5.1m), Leicester players and other cheap defenders.

Our pundits will discuss which of these they will be keeping and who should be ditched as soon as possible.

Finally, we’ll be looking ahead to the upcoming Blank and Double Gameweeks to assess when the best time to play the chips will be.

      Same problem. Dont have enough insight on Sheffield United. But if he competes with Sander Berge he will loose, I've followed him since he played in Valerenga (Oslo) and he is truly an amazing talent.

    Had a pretty dreadful season and taken 13 hits but last 2 weeks has pulled me up to 112k rank.. I feel the hits are literally a 2nd WC and has seemed to have panned our pretty well, now done my Wildcard last week with a score of 77 so things are looking up.. Anyone else taken lots of hits to sort their squads out?

      Never be afraid of taking hits - just think about whether you can get the points back in the long run - sometimes you may need 3/4 weeks to get them so be patience. Also focus on what you may lose with the out going player
      Knee-jerk reactions & one week transfers very rarely pay off
      I’ve taken 13 hits so far and am having my best season

      A have seen a lot of people mentioning Stevens. is Baldock at risk of losing his place in the starting 11 or has been moved to a defensive role? Even though he gets more yellow cards and is worst at bonus points he has got doble assist(4)and gols(2), against 2 Assist and 1 gol from Stevens, he also has got more points then Stevens in the same number of matches. So can you guy explain why Stevens gets much more mention? Cheers
