Gameweek 28 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) continues on Sunday with Watford v Arsenal at Vicarage Road.

Kick-off is at 14:00 GMT.

Watford are without Ismaila Sarr and Josh King, both of whom miss out through hamstring injuries, although the latter is deemed ‘precautionary’ by the club.

As a result, Cucho Hernandez and Joao Pedro join Emmanuel Dennis up front in Roy Hodgson’s 4-3-3 formation.

Elsewhere, full-back Kiko Femenia returns to the starting XI in place of Jeremy Ngakia (hamstring), having missed the game at Old Trafford last weekend with a minor issue.

For the visitors, Emile Smith Rowe is out with Covid while Takehiro Tomiyasu has failed to recover from a calf injury.

That means Mikel Arteta names an unchanged XI, with popular picks Aaron Ramsdale and Bukayo Saka featuring from the off.

GAMEWEEK 28 LINE-UPS

Watford XI: Foster, Femenia, Cathcart, Samir, Kamara, Louza, Sissoko, Cleverley, Hernandez, Pedro, Dennis

Subs: Bachmann, Etebo, Masina, Sema, Kabasele, Kalu, Sierralta, Kucka, Kayembe

Arsenal XI: Ramsdale, Cedric, White, Gabriel, Tierney, Partey, Xhaka, Saka, Odegaard, Martinelli, Lacazette

Subs: Leno, Holding, Pepe, Tavares, Lokonga, Elneny, Nketiah, Swanson, Hutchinson

Laca is a good link man but they need better to take the next step.

Getting 4th would be massive and open up plenty of options!

I did Lacazette -> Adams (-4) and instantly feel like an idiot.

I've made some very good outcomes this week but this decision is still bugging me.

The bad decisions are more annoying than the good decisions are enjoyable.

And yes, I know there's an awful long way to go still

I agree about the bad decisions hurting more than the good decisions pleasing you. I went Alonso over Rudi, Saiss over TAA and Jimi over Kane on my FH. With James captain, Havertz and Coutinho. Guess which was the stronger emotion!

They play next Thursday and then again on Sunday. Makes more sense to give Young the Leeds game and Digne comes back in for West Ham. But probably knowing FPL gods, Digne will come on around 10 minutes to go against Leeds.

5 days from sunday to thursday so if it was saturday he should be fine, and since game was saturday he should be. But that does not mean he plays as covid plays different from person to person. And they won 4-0 so no rush to get a defender who makes lot of mistakes, when he can play the solid Young

Here lies the problem with FPL and why it's so hard to make any ground. On FH this week and yesterday's 15.00 games were great for me but as always it seems, points scored by my players just get wiped out by other players that aren't in my team. TAA and now Saka (who would have been in my non free hit team) outscoring some of the doublers and completely negating the free hit value. I fully expect Cancelo to do the same. Just so damn hard to find an edge in this game even with chips.

      That’s the joy of it!
Getting the right balance of SGW & DGW players is key. Playing a crap DGW player just for the extra fixture over a SGW player with a good fixture is a mistake we have al made.

Didn't check my rank after the 3pms as I had no players til Thursday. Everyone I took out (even Dunk) has scored points so far. While I'm sat with 5 duds from Wolves and Southampton. Could salvage it, but won't.

Exactly the same feeling here. Are you on FH as well? Also have Southampton and Wolves players, 2 from each and I'm not optimistic either of my chances of points from them in their second games. I'm also sat on the useless Raphinha as my captain who looks like being significantly outscored by Saka. I'm close to giving up in terms of playing FPL sensibly and might just fill my GW31 wildcard team with differentials, Mane instead of Salah etc.

It's his defensive work off the ball that really impresses me. Sign of a top player. Southgate loves him for that.

"When you play a match, it is statistically proven that players actually have the ball 3 minutes on average … So, the most important thing is: what do you do during those 87 minutes when you do not have the ball. That is what determines wether you’re a good player or not." - Cruyff

In the meantime of HT, I've got 5 doublers DGW29 and 8 playing BGW30 before using FTs. I would think to use one of my FHs, 29 or 30 the higher upside? It seems 29?

If you have most of the top choices for gw30 in the 8 you own then maybe 29 is better but by the sounds of it you don’t need to use it for either

Depends on which 5 DGWers you have. 3 Liverpool, 1 Arsenal, 1 Spurs could already be great for next week.

But yes, a FH can give you more upside. Note that the fixtures of Spurs and Arsenal double games are tricky. Chelsea and Man City assets will score points.

I will add and one of Foden / Mahrez / Sterling for next week. But that's me. To each his own. Already have 3 Liverpool, 2 Arsenal, 1 Spurs, Chelsea def. Playing with only a few doublers this week.

Tbf I did BB week 1. Free hit this week has got me less points than if I'd left my team alone. Even got a red arrow on a triple captain who scored 84 points.
