FPL Gameweek 12: Sunday’s goals, assists, bonus points + stats

Got Saliba for Udogie and Captained Haaland but benched Tsmikas for Palmer. So overall pretty mediocre.

Tsimikas to trippier for -4. struggling to recover haha (in flp terms of course 🙂 )

Tsimikas benched. Haaland (c) made it a bit of a roller coaster but it ended up a draw vs Salah.

Got rid of Maddison and Porro to Mitoma and Trippier for a hit . And then bench Timi for his haul.
If I had literally done nothing and played Timi for Maddy Id be 22 points better off today.

Bringing in Livramento and benching Tsimikas. Genuinely thought Livramento would start, have a good CS chance and help cover Trippier who has killed me all season. Thought Brentford would score and wasn't sure on Tsimikas starting. 15 point swing and 1 wasted transfer, terrible.

Gabriel has been a disaster. Arsenal's had the lowest xG conceded of all teams this week (0.3) and their second lowest of the season (lowest was SHU where he was benched) and still manage to ship one.

Differential transfers (Gordon & Nketiah in) went very poorly. Probably obviously in retrospect, but that's what I get for doing early transfers!

Smooth:
Small green somehow. Palmer (oh yes, that's the reason) subbing in for Maddison means I'm happy I didn't take a hit to replace him.

Smooth and rough in one slick move, Zinchenko in for Taimikas when they he wouldn’t play instead of my planned Zinchenko. Felt quite smooth until 4pm today, then rough as could have hadbth both, oh well.

Rough, used ft on Maddison to martinelli instead of trossard. Decided against stones to zinchenko -4.

Smooth, cap salah goal with Tmiskas assist simultaneously with Bowen and Watkins goal was a great moment

Smooth - 99 problems but the score ain’t one. I got 99. That was pretty good. Rank is yo-yoing but the greens seem bigger than the reds so trend is ok!

Rough - people complaining about good scores are the worst. So Adingra did good but why didn’t anyone tell me Palmer would score a penalty every week?

Brought in Mykolenko (9) for Romero, another 9 points from Saliba, 16 point hauls from Haaland and captain Salah, and additional returns from Bowen, Watkins, Alvarez and Saka.

Rough:
Left Tsimikas's 15 points on the bench and started Andersen (1 point) instead, thus missing the chance of either a century or a 20 point Bench Boost. I would have started Tsimikas if it hadn't been for his poor form in midweek and the possibility of him being benched and then coming on for a 1 point cameo.

Last gw I benched Trippier for Tsimikas (9 points swing)
This gw I benched Tsimikas for Porro (10 point swing).

Rough: Maddison (0) + Saka (5) + Alvarez (5) > Son (2) + Gordon (2) + Watkins (6) + (-8) netted me a 10-point loss (Semenyo on bench would have made up for no Maddi). Turner now looks to be firmly planted on NFO's bench and having Sanchez as my only GK isn't optimal.

Smooth: still scored a net 91 thanks to Tsimi, Salah and Haaland.

Smooth: Everyone else returned, esp. Haaland, Salah (c), Tsimikas, and Saliba. 102 pts. OR from 1.1 million > 312k

81 points. 3.3m>2.5m rank.

Smooth: Salah, Tsimikas, Onana on free TF decent punt for 8 points. Spursy Spurs again 😆

Rough: Cash & Mitoma have done nothing since I got them in a few weeks ago.

Brought in Eze and White (-4) for Maddison and Al-Dakhil.
White no-show injury did hurt with Saliba being my alternative, but it ended even better, when I got Tsimikas jammy points next to TAAs in my XI.

Have been happy with my penalty taking midfielders the last few GWs (Salah, Son, Mbeumo, Eze & Palmer).

My only problem is Morris who keeps dropping in price, but I will play him at home next GW and hope for the best before changing into a back 4 with something like: TAA, Trippier, White, James

Best GW of the season for me, 37K GW rank, 99 points, 1M to 388K, delighted.

Did Udogie & Son to Baldock & Salah (c) for a -4, started Tsmikas & ignored any noise, Martinelli the only rough, he's not getting the points his performances deserve (final ball is not there), Trippier & Areola are heavily owned so don't care about those blanks, smooth with Tsmikas, Saliba, Salah, Alvarez, Diaby, Watkins, Saka & Haaland, a good week at last.
