Rarely a team scores 3 pens against you in the same season, even more rarely 3 different scorers from those pens

It’s only cheating if there’s no referee. It’s just simulation. Tactical like tactical fouls, foul throws, defending with your arms out…

        What are you on about?
Most GW35 WCs have double arsenal defence
Son got 9 points in GW35, yet to play this week & 2 home matches next week
Bruno blanked in GW35 but missed chances & your ignoring his form all previous matches. Injury this week is bad luck

Free out for me. Havertz initiated the contact. It's not natural to take a stride with your foot so close to the ground.

Fair enough if your opponent has jumped in front of you and impeded your run, preventing you from getting the ball or getting to the ball quicker. By all means go down then. It's sly/clever by Havetz depending on which way you want to look at it!

    1. Differentiator
      • 10 Years

No, it's bad refereeing. He should have got a yellow card for the dive earlier in the game. And this is the second dive he has made

Yeah, I hate it, but you can't lunge in the way of an attacker and get no ball...

He wasn't really in his way though I think. Havertz kept his foot low to the ground to initiate the contact. It wasn't a natural stride pattern for me.

I can understand WC35 people not going with Arsenal midfielders but us wc30 FH34 people should have owned a midfielder and a defender. It was damn obvious they would slap in their home fixtures

Including the doubles which is what people got those options for. So many jokers on this forum.

If you think that isn't a penalty you don't understand and you've never played football

The goalkeeper obstructs Havertz's running motion. Havertz has to step over the goalkeeper ultimately impeding his shooting motion. The player has no obligation to step over the goalie. Penalty.

It’s a good point except we’d never know if he was obstructed because he gave up trying to play football and simulated a different foul to the foul you’re describing. It’s not like he had to avoid contact (potential foul), he initiated it instead

    4. Differentiator
      • 10 Years
      1 year, 7 months ago

Rubbish. He chose to go down. He absolutely could have stayed on his feet as the contact was minimal and he forced the contact

      A.k.a. a blatant dive.

And Havertz is a serial diver so that's no surprise

G'day, watching the match from Australia. David Seaman is a pundit on Optus Spots. First time I've seen him in about 20 years. At a glance, I thougt it was the darts player, Ted Hankey. Trying to explain to my Aussie wife that David Seaman was actually a player. Anyone else in the world with this 9n TV or just Oz?

G’day! The Optus feed is actually just an international feed that they pay for. Optus doesn’t have their own panelists/pundits for EPL games, only for men/women World Cup! Was on a cruise ship and they showed the exact same feed. But at least the pundits seem to be quality!
