Very slim chance imo. It would surely make sense to rest him for the Lech Poznan game at Eastlands on Thursday as Citeh have Arsenal 3 days later. What's the use in resting him tomorrow and then playing him Thursday?

That's how i see it anyway. Of course if he is not 100% then it's quite possible that he will miss both the Blackpool and Lech Poznan games but i haven't heard anything to suggest that, just that he could do with a rest
