What matters is your starting XI and almost all are guaranteed to start except Chadli and probably Bellerin. Chadli to someone like Mane/Moses and Wasil to Wollscheid/Naughton/Hutton, you are sorted

Then it's a matter of forward planning. I'd be thinking about releasing some cash to enable ADM to Sanchez (if you want to) and/or Falcao to Costa (if you want to) and an upgrade for Baird (Naiughton?). With no cash itb you are quite stuck.
So I'd do something like Sterling to Mane and put 1.8 or so itb. Then you have some flexibility.
