Kenny Dalglish is confident Jose Enrique will return for Liverpool, whose counterparts, Manchester United, should have Tom Cleverley in their squad for the first time since October. Chris Smalling could also return, though Nani and Anderson seem set to miss out for the champions.

Jermain Defoe and Aaron Lennon are back for Spurs, but Rafael Van der Vaart, Younes Kaboul and Sandro are all struggling. Ramires and John Terry continue to sit out for Chelsea, whilst Jack Rodwell has suffered a hamstring setback and remains sidelined Everton.

    Need defensive advice...
    I want to start Kompany Riise and Verminator, but that means leaving JEvans on the bench. Am I crazy to bench a Man United defender playing at home?

    Choice of captain, my thoughts -

    1. RvP - On penalties, can score & create. League leader has him.

    2. Bale - Good home form. League leader has him.

    3. Dempsey - Depends on which Stoke team turns up. Leader in my personal league doesn't have him.

    So what would be your choice in this situation?

    Currently sat with Richards Taiwo Shawcross (Santon Senderos)

    Thinking Senderos to Caulker with my FT or do people think it would be better to stay put and save a transfer.

    I have finally convinced myself that captaining Dempsey is the right thing to do:
    Why?Some reasons:
    He is in very good form.
    He is playing as a striker with Ruiz in support behind him. And I think he loves playing with Ruiz in the games I have watched.
    Stoke are in very very poor form and without Huth their defence will be weakened.
    Last season at Craven Cottage Fulham won 2-0, and Dempsey scored both.

      Add also 5pts a goal rather than 4, and a chance of a cheeky point for clean sheet, Stoke are in no form to score (I say sadly as a Walters owner). Its a no brainer
