The Weekend Team News

Filed under: Team News - Posted by: Mark

A neck injury could keep John Terry from facing up to Papiss Cisse and company at the Bridge. Chico is a doubt for Swansea as they prepare to host the Hammers, who will be boosted by the fleet feet of new signing Matt Jarvis at the Liberty.

Wojciech Szczesny is a minor doubt for Arsenal’s battle at the Britannia. Sir Alex Ferguson primes Robin Van Persie for a start against Fulham, in the hope that he’ll provide the goals to compensate for the injuries at the back – despite press rumours, the United boss confirms that his array of crocked defenders remain sidelined.

All this and more has been collected and collate for you, along with our punt on the lineups for the Gameweek fixtures, over in the team news section.

We’ll update this right through the evening and up to tomorrow’s deadline. Keep ‘em peeled for the very latest via the Twitter feed.

I’d go Nolan (or Noble) and Kacaniklic this early in the season and save some dough to reinvest.

    Sreehari says:

    I’m planning to do this.

    Zabaleta, Podolski —> Gallas, Adebayor.

I already have Bale. So with 3 Spurs players for their 2 easy home fixtures should be handy. But is it worth taking -4 hit?

          Jonah says:

Bingo. Podolski at Stoke is not 4 points better then an uncertain to start Adebayor at home to West Brom.

      snap!

I think im going to put Rooney in for Torres, only just, I think there will be a backlash for the Everton performance.

Planned it from week 1 so an offside goal from Torres shouldn’t really change my mind.
