KPI Analysis – Robin Van Persie

Filed under: Members - Posted by: Paul

A fortnight ago, we rolled out a Preview Movie of the latest addition to our Members Area – the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tables. Essentially, these track the frequency of certain key statistics that can help Fantasy managers identify a player’s form – whether it be a turn for the good or worse – over a Gameweek range or season. With this in mind, our first KPI focused members article looks at Robin Van Persie’s first season at United compared to his final year leading the line for Arsenal.

By tracking Van Persie’s frequency of key stats, Fantasy managers can begin to quantify and identify the exact areas of the Dutchman’s game that have altered since his move to Old Trafford last summer as they prepare potential investment for the season ahead.

    1. I would think again the balance here. You have a lot invested in the goalkeepers and defence. Though Baines is good is he that good? Maybe Osman from the same team would do (he has also played defensive-mid in the pre season games) and free up some money to upgrade your mid/fw?
You planning on holding on Chech or downgrading him later on? Anelka might be good but then again there is a real rotation threat.

  9. Cracked my team i hope:

    Please Rate

    Boruc, Davis
    Baker, Terry, Baines, Chester, Brayford
Hazard, Walcott, Routledge, Lampard, R Morrison (will play him GW1 till swansea get better fixtures),
    Benteke, RVP, Jrod,

I believe Baker will nail down his spot. Had a good pre-season.

“Last year was quite open for me, I was in good positions, but I was quite lucky because I was getting free kicks and some penalties as well.”
