Having made a huge two-point dent in Granville’s mini-league lead, it’s time to change strategy. I’ve been complacent for too long, allowing my rival and co-host a weekly insight into my plans, welcoming his nagging little voice into my head to play havoc as I hover over the transfer button. As my phoenix-like ascent prepares for take-off, it’s time to play cagey.

With my transfer plans kept hushed, Granville does his best to use his Derren Brown like powers to have me reveal all. Along the way we assess the week’s transfer activity in “all aboard”, preview the weekend’s fixtures and decide whether any Fantasy manager can possibly do without the Aguero/Suarez captain combo.

    Hello

    I have Arnautovic (injured), wilson (sub), vidic (injured), Chico (mcy away) and Barkley (rotation prone).

    I also don't have Aguero and Rooney, which is equally an issue!

    With rotation looming on Hazard and Oscar, I need to clean up my team but I don't know how hard I need to go. can you help me guys? thanks!

    Option 1 – Defensive clean up
    Vidic + Wilson -> Terry + Baker (4 pts)

    Option 2 – Partial Defensive clean up (hoping than Vidic is coming back soon)
    Wilson -> Baker (0 pts)

    Option 3 – The massive reshuffle
    Ozil + Vidic + Lambert -> Ramsey + Aguero + Baker (8 pts)

    Getting rid of kolo this weekend. What to do?

    A) Vlaar it
    B) Gabbidon it
    C) Do a -4 and take out barkley and kolo for koscielny and pozuelo(a.n other midf up to 5)

      I can only presume he has a niggly injury.

    Barkley, Januzaj, Oscar, Ramsey, Ozil

    Aguero, Suarez, Lukaku

    1 FT, 2.8 in the bank

    Is there any obvious transfer I need to make?? As of now thinking of holding.
    At the moment I'm leaning towards Barkley transfer out ➡ but to whom ?
    Opinions, thoughts appreciated.

    I hope we get something concrete on Vidic and Shaw - I already hold Chester and so I could be faced with the very realistic possibility of only fielding 10.
