The Fantasy Flutter with Paddy Power – Gameweek 27

We back a trio of Scout Picks in this week’s attempt to get the better of Paddy Power. Tenner in hand, we hope to take advantage of some strong home games for three of the top four before the fixture list starts to play havoc from next weekend onwards.

Our first stop is at Stamford Bridge, where Chelsea are set to welcome Everton in the first match of the Gameweek. Paddy are offering very inviting odds of 5/1 on Eden Hazard to score and Jose Mourinho’s side to keep a clean sheet. Given that the Belgian has notched in three of his previous five home matches and the Blues have conceded just three times in the last 10 league matches, this one looks too good to turn down and takes £3 of our kitty.

Next up, we shift our attentions to the Emirates, as Arsenal look to bounce back from their midweek Champions League loss at the hand of Bayern Munich. This time around, Paddy are prepared to offer 6/1 on a Santi Cazorla goal and Gunners clean sheet – bearing in mind that Arsene Wenger’s side have conceded once in their last nine at home and Cazorla has notched three times in the last five, we’re willing to shell out a further £3 on this one.

Our final £4 goes on Liverpool’s home game against Swansea. Paddy are offering 6/1 on Luis Suarez to score two or more and Brendan Rodgers’ side to keep a clean sheet against the weary Welsh outfit. Suarez may have toiled for goals in recent matches but with 16 of his 22 strikes arriving at Anfield, it’s fair to say he prefers home comforts and will fancy his chances of returning to form against a Swans side fatigued by their Europa League clash with Napoli on Thursday evening.

Since joining Man Utd he has nearly 6 points per game average which is good.

Even if he scores I'm ditching him next week as part of my plan to get Aguero back in.

Morning lads. Can anyone give me a template team for UFPL? I'd decided not to play it but then i thought i might as well get the hang of it ahead of next season.

There isn't one that's the brilliance of it. A few tips to get you started. Wildcard in gw30 so only focus on next three. Keep in mind the importance of having good Sunday players. Remember gw29 especially when choosing cheap players

      Do it yourself.

Newcastle players and a stock player. Huddleston Noble etc will help bulk your squad out.

There are some very helpful scout articles on setting your team up.

Rock bottom of last page, just need a quick upinion on how to spend one of two FTs. Jettisoning some of my City cover before their double blank now might be a decent option?

    Adrian - Boruc

    Koscielny - Demel - Azpilicueta - Williamson - Ward

    Puncheon - Hazard - Lallana - Mata - Navas

    Suarez - Dzeko - Adebayor

    Any thoughts?
