      very nice team. personally i wuld downgrade begovic to krul and upgrade wisdom to wilson. this way you upgrade your defence and at the same time obtain the clean sheet points that begovic would have received plus the added possibility of bonus points with wilson. unsure of RVP's gametime mate. i would go with aguero and save the £0.5m until you see how RVP fits into LVG's plans. dont worry about city's fixtures as i think aguero will actually play more minutes in the bigger games.

      I suppose he may limit his game time.

      The only cheap midfielders worth having for now are Gylfi and other first team 4.4/4.5-ers that you'll keep on the bench. Spend your money elswhere.

    Bit of thought required here, but do these transfer moves look ok?

    1) If Costa and Jovetic are both confirmed fit to play
    = Sanchez & Bony -> Sterling & Costa (4 points)

    2) If Jovetic is fit, but Costa is unfit
    = Sanchez & Bony -> Sterling & Balotelli (4 points)

    3) If Costa is fit, but Jovetic is unfit
    = Ramsey/Sanchez, Jovetic & Bony ->
    a) Sterling, Costa & Welbeck (8 points), or
    b) Sterling, Balotelli & Adebayor/Dzeko (8 points)

      looks good, would do (b) for now with 3. with Adebayor in, spurs nice fixtures, after Arsenals fixtures then Ade > Welbeck

      He's probably not repeating the last season so I'd recommend some other expensive players instead.

    Hello guys what do you reckon of my team
    Please reply

    Lloris
    Clyne Shawcross Rojo
    Gouffran Sigurdsson Ramirez(sou) Sterling Sanchez
    Welbeck Costa

    Subs
    Krul Janmaat Austin Williams

    I got Gouffran because Newcastle need goals and he plays upfront bit ot cheap and midfield in FF so will get more points

      There are a lot of players you'll need to reconsider. Rojo is a bit risky, Gouffran doesn't score that much, Ramirez now plays for Hull, Sanchez is a good option though as he's almost a striker, but a bit expensive nonetheless. Also your bench is way too strong, you'll be leaving good players on the bench and fixtures really aren't that important. Clubs do surpirse a lot and there are still winners at tough games.

    Hi all.

    New member, first time poster looking for a bit of feedback on my team. (I hate sounding like everyone else but I'd appreciate someone with more FPL experience looking over it). I'm still learning the game.

    Krul (Myhill)
    Cahill Clyne Coloccini (Moore) (Duff)
    Hazard Ramsey Mata Eriksen (Marney)
    Rooney Costa Jelavic

    Currently have 2FT and 0 in the bank. WC played in GW2.

    What I am planning this week:

    Out: Coloccini, Eriksen, Mata
    In: Lovren, Siggy, Sterling

    GW5 transfer - Begovic for Krul

    Realise that I probably need have a stronger bench (ie Krul for Myhill)..
    Need to get Jelavic out too after GW4.

    Cheers!

      Welcome, I've played for a few years, not sure I meet your criteria but will try anyways. I would hold off on any transfers until Friday to see what the status of Costa/Hazard/Ramsey injuries are. None sound serious though. Assuming they are OK, I would just do Mata/Eriksen to Sterling/Siggy. No need to take a hit on Coloccini to Lovren. Even though Eriksen has been playing well, Erik -> Siggy is definitely a go. If one of the injured guys is going to be out this weekend, then maybe transfer them out and wait on Mata. I have Mata myself and want to get Sterling, but waiting on the injury status of Costa/Jovetic/Ramsey.

        Thanks for that. Good advice.

        Will be interesting to see what happens with the injuries (I took the lucky gamble on Costa in GW3! Hopefully the same again)

        I had been debating that hit for Coloccini (and the Krul move) as Newcastle have Hull in GW5 (Rate My Team tool predicts good returns in what seems to be a low scoring GW, although this isnt of course 100% reliable)

        Finally decided to cut my losses and go for Siggy. I'm gutted as I had him in my draft team before GW1 but pulled the pin.

        Thanks again.
