The Fantasy Flutter – Gameweek 6

We turn to the Scout Picks and Differentials this morning in another attempt to get the better of Paddy.

Palace’s home clash with Leicester brings Jason Puncheon onto our radar. The Eagles have scored three times in two of their three league matches under Neil Warnock and kept a clean sheet in their last match at Selhurst Park – with Paddy willing to offer 9/1 on Puncheon to score and Palace to keep out their opponents, we’re willing to fork out £3.

Our bet of the week goes on Southampton’s clash with QPR at St Mary’s, though. Graziano Pelle is the focus of our attention as Paddy offer 15/2 for the Italian to score two or more and the Saints to register a clean sheet – a scenario that occurred in their previous home match. With the R’s yet to net on their travels, we’re all the more convinced and shell out £4 for the Saturday afternoon encounter.

Our final bet is kept for Monday evening, as Stoke welcome Newcastle to the Britannia. Victor Moses has nailed down a role on the Potters’ left and has offered plenty of attacking threat since making his Gameweek 3 debut – Paddy are offering 15/2 on Moses to score one or more and Mark Hughes’ side to keep a clean sheet against the Tyneside team and we’re prepared to part with our final £3 for this one.

Register and Bet £10 And Get £20 Free

If you’re new to Paddy Power, you can take up any of these odds and get yourself a bonus. You can sign up on this site and get a free £20 when you register an account and bet a tenner.

Finally, of course, we should state that all these offers are only available to those aged 18 and over and are subject to Paddy Power’s terms and conditions. Also, if you’re going to bet, always gamble responsibly.

This game could turn on it's head by tea time today...Falcao, Lukaku, Mane and many others may be about to make the template (such as it is) look a look a bit tired...I just have a feeling this is the week that the punters win out.

I think you may be right, but its risky to be outside the safety of the herd.

I can certainly see Falcao out scoring Rooney today, and a mass switch this week.

Duff for me. Burnley 3 consecutive clean sheets and WBA 3 goals scored.

Arsenal defence unreliable and North London derby noted for high scores.

    Team -

    Foster,
    Wisdom, Cahill, Wilson
Fabregas, Di Maria, Eriksen, Siggy, Sterling
    Rooney, Costa (c)

    Any changes needed?

I think that team will score very well.

Or very poorly...or perhaps somewhere in the middle.

personally i'd bench naismith - not nailed on (will most likely start) - but in a derby game who knows what will happen.

The toughest question for me is to decide which one I will captain, ADM or Costa..

so far I'll be giving the armband to Costa but I'm afraid that Champions League gameweek will affect Mou's tactics for today...

Quick question lads, if I join my friends' overall points league now, will I be 5 GWs behind on points or will it add my current points (meaning I don't need to catch up a ridiculous amount of points)???

Daniel Scout Picks. Will surely beat all of them: Mark, Johnty, Paul and the Community

Pelle Welbeck Costa - value value, stats, goals, form. All good
Hazard Fabregas ADM Moses (Sterling if I have the money, haven't checked)- Chelsea fan yeah for Fabs and Haz, ADM is a defensive move
Lescott Bertrand Clyne - Lescott will win it for me. 15pter upcoming
    Mannone - save points

    Mannone
    Bertrand Clyne Lescott
Haz Fabs ADM Moses (Sterling if budget allows)
    Costa Pelle Welbeck

    A) Kolarov > Kompany/Bertrand
    B) Hazard > Fabregas
    C) Begovic > Forster
