The Form Gauge has had a shake up this week, as I haven’t got enough time to analyse the fixtures as well. Instead here is a slightly abbreviated version looking back at the last four Gameweeks’ worth of statistics to create two lists of the most in form teams in attack and defence . The attack list is sorted by how many games the club failed to scored in (FS) and goals scored (GS). Meanwhile, the defence list is sorted by clean sheets (CS) and goals conceded (GC).

ATTACK

1. Manchester United (FS 0, GS 11)

2. Chelsea (FS 0, GS 10)

3. Manchester City (FS 0, GS 9)

4. Hull & West Ham (FS 0, GS 8)

5. Everton (FS 0, GS 6)

6. Leicester (FS 1, GS 8)

7. Southampton (FS 1, GS 7)

8. Arsenal & West Brom (FS 1, GS 6)

9. Liverpool, Stoke & Tottenham (FS 1, GS 4)

10. Crystal Palace & Sunderland (FS 2, GS 5)

11. Newcastle & Swansea (FS 2, GS 4)

12. QPR (FS 2, GS 3)

13. Burnley (FS 3, GS 2)

14. Aston Villa (FS 3, GS 1)

DEFENCE

1. Southampton (CS 2, GC 2)

2. Chelsea & Sunderland (CS 2, GC 3)

3. Crystal Palace & West Brom (CS 2, GC 4)

4. Burnley (CS 2, GC 6)

5. Tottenham (CS 1, GC 4)

6. Arsenal, Manchester City & West Ham (CS 1, GC 5)

7. Everton & Stoke (CS 1, GC 6)

8. Leicester, Manchester United & Swansea (CS 1, GC 7)

9. Aston Villa & Hull (CS 1, GC 8)

10. Liverpool (CS 0, GC 6)

11. Newcastle (CS 0, GC 9)

Newcastle have managed a CS against Villa in Gameweek 2 so they should have 1 CS and not 0.
