Argentina Crowned Hockey World Cup Champions

Argentina have done it, winning the first ever UEFA FFS Hockey World Cup.

In doing so they defeated New Zealand in the grand finale by  498 to 457 goals. Commiserations to New Zealand who almost created a very special story. So close yet so far, as they say.

The Argentina manager is expected to give a press conference sometime soon. Stay tuned!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Cup and made it such an exciting competition. We hope you have enjoyed the banter and made some friends (and more enemies) along the way.
