How does this WC team look?

    Butland - Elliot

    Bellerin - Dawson - Francis - Davies - Souare

Hazard - Sanchez - De Bruyne - Payet - Wanyama

    Martial - Pelle - Vardy

Nothing wrong with it but I would choose Yaya instead of Hazard and Costa for Martial and maybe Barkley for Wanyama

Maybe Toby or Dier instead of Davies and Francis isn't good option at all (no bou def actually is). My front 3 is the same so I like it a lot 😀 Good Luck!

Can Danny Simpson be getting more minutes on LEI?
Would be a steal for that price and good on the bench.

He played away at Norwich in an attempt to bolster a leaky defence. De Laet is better going forward but can be a liability defensively. With Southampton away next, my guess is that Simpson could start again, but wouldn't be surprised to see De Laet back in for the following GW (Palace at home).

    Butland
Williams - Bertrand - Kolarov (or Jenkinson)
    Mahrez - Alexis - KdB - Payet
    Costa - Vardy - Pelle

    Good to go?

damn, almost the same team as me 😀
Only defence is a bit different.
I am also thinking that costa will be a hitter soon. Also thinking about changing Payet to Mane.

I think with Williams/Bertrand I have two season keepers there, Kolarov will be Jagielka/Coleman soon and Jenkinson/Francis can stay till January. I just feel Costa vs Villa at home after three weeks rest/training, will be superb viewing. I think Payet's golden, for now.

    Front 8
    Sanchez Mane Payet Mahrez SAKO*
    AGUERO* Vardy Gomis

1.6m ITB. Used FT for Pedro to Mane early.

    What to do?
    A) Aguero to 1) Pelle/2) Sturridge/3) Costa
    B) Sako to 1) Barkley/2) Wijnaldum/3) Any other palace mid

Thinking of B to analyse the premium forward options

Will Ayew play this GW? Easy game on paper against Stoke if he does. But without him and Kolarov possibly, I may have to field Richards and Jerome even after transferring out Kun for (-4). Did Sagna to Dawson early in the week.

      Or might as well do:

      Kun + Ayew to Pelle + KDB (-8) ??

One of my biggest problems with Bony is that in 5 weeks (or whenever) you're going to be facing a situation where Aguero's return is imminent and you don't know whether to ship Bony or not. At least with the others they aren't going to get dropped (probably!).

      1. S.Kuqi

I am, I think I'm most likely to go for Lukaku but I'll try to do a little more digging/reading before I make my transfer. There are still a few in the mix.

Lukaku does seem like a great option, but having been burnt by him so many times before I'm reluctant to make that switch!

That's what I'm missing. Moved in with my girlfriend over the summer and no longer have Sky Sports/BT Sport, so I barely get the chance to properly watch and judge a player!

Why Berty when you can have Cedric for much less and more of an attacking threat? See Rodallegas excellent hulk on STH players earlier in the week.

Why would you want Coleman? Done nothing all season, too expensive and better options abound.

        Dawson is a no brainer.

        Likewise Kolorov.

        Get a grip. 😡

          Oh Dear 😀

Cheers Jafa! Needed some sense drilled into me. I shall have a look at Rodallegas post soon. 🙂

My reason for not getting Dawson is Myhill- a cheaper route to the Brom defence. Got the funds for one of Kolarov or Coleman. City without Kompany are cack. Hence prefer Coleman. Also, fixtures take a turn for the better from Gw11.

Much less .3? Either or really

Kolarov now a rotation risk with Clichy. Goalman has been injured, he will come good once GW11 come round imo

            • 14 Years

.3 is a lot when it comes down to the fine margins of bringing players in. Golden Rule of FF: Always look for the cheapest way into a defence.

Kolorov - wait till he is rotted. Until then, hang fire.

Coleman: regardless, not sure what the fascination is with him when he did bugger all last year.

    Cech / McCarthy(*)
    Kolarov - Cedric - Huth - O`Shea - Evans
    Hazard - Mata - Couthino - Mahrez - Wanyama
    Kun - Gomis - Sakho

    To the WC-team:

    Butland - Elliot
    Bertrand - Bellerin - Francis - Souare - Davies
    Sanchez - KevinDB - Mane - Payet - (4.5)
    Vardy - Costa - Ighalo

Leaves me with 2.3 in the bank and a ft to save.

    Worth it?

Chelsea FC lack of form so you don;t need any coverage atm 😉 Better get some Saints' or Swans' or even Palace' players instead... I only got Azpi and I'm leaning to get only deffenders from them. Still not sure is it worth it at all as there is more cheaper deffenders from better teams right now :/ Only because I get Azpi for a hit 3 weeks ago I still keep him in.. Preffer Pelle over Lukaku due to fixtures 🙂 Good Luck!

Curious what the general thinking was behind Everton players.

If on a wildcard, would you be looking to bring at least one in now (say Lukaku) or hold until GW11 as their next 2 are looking pretty tough?

have you read Balders hot topic? Aguero absence doesn't affect much. They still score loads of goals but missing Silva might affect more altough they have Kdb now.

But we still don't know how they look like without Aguero and Silva. That kind of situation happaned only 5 times in 160 games!

Yaya is ok but you can't rely on his hammies. He always has some muscular problems. He is useful when he is tip top fit

Thats why they have KDB now and even the boy who cant finish. Its a different attacking team than last years when Navas was playing in those instances, Nasri can also be a shout to start and i think it will work out just fine.
