A host of popular picks from City, Leicester and Everton come under scrutiny, whilst we also take a look at Arsenal’s misfiring Frenchman and United’s big-money starlet in light of Wayne Rooney’s knee injury absence.

From Foxes point of view I want Spurs and Arsenal to have as many fixtures as possible, but from a personal FF point of view I want Hull and Palace to prevail in the cup. Come o you Foxes!

I could do Wolly next week but his next 2 games look plum fixtures although being a Stoke fan I expect us to get beat by Villa 0-1 as we are usually good at being pants against teams in total disarray!

I'd wait mate you can play Huth/Toby/Azpi - you'd prob end up benching Azpi which could backfire.

Seems split down middle!. I'm not a fan of -4's but currently enjoying a 100+ point lead in my cash ML but eager to plan ahead for next few weeks.

With Wolly in then I'm assured a playing goalie and defence and can then concentrate on MID and a striker alongside Vardy should Kane & Kun blank that GW

But you still have a transfer a week till then to sort Kane/Kun if necessary, that team is well set up.
You still have OR to think about.

You need to start using those ft well!
On the other hand what you lose here you MAY gain elsewhere, it seems to me that from here all our FT are geared to 30/34/35/37 so the 'scout template' will narrow and narrow, it's pure management from here really, tho we here being so 'clever' may miss out on other picks that may outscore our picks just because say they didn't have a game in 30 if you catch my drift Zombie.

Just had a look at your team, mids/Strikers = standard, I think you may need Vardy in there.
It looks to me your defence needs work too, again a Leicester def (Soton/Stoke) but you already know all this!

Is it not best to wildcard soon instead of waiting for dgw? By the looks of things most people who have already used their wcs will have a monster dgw without having to make many changes.3 or 4 fts can probably get them 15 dgw players anyway by the time 34 and 37 come around.
    Thoughts?

Bees these days for sure. Growing up would have been United. I see about 100 games a year so it can be tricky getting affiliation with multiple clubs. Part of me was cheering on Midjtylland on Thursday as part Bees owned and saw them vs Soton. Plus hate LVG style of play.

Was a complex situation and the media certainly took Warburtons side. He wasn't fired and was out of contract. He would of stayed but wanted more control over player recruitment. Our owner wanted to buy several players in Jan and push for promotion. Warburton disagreed and didn't want to upset the squad. We look weaker this season but given we made a reported £22 million in player sales since our League 1 days its hard to not support the system we have in place.

We all seem so obsessed with preparing our teams for the blank and dgw but I feel like if fpl has taught me one thing it's that planning ain't worth sh1t in this game.

not sure if i agree with this

few seasons back i used to write my plan on papper and stick to it and i had my best finissh ever

every time when i overthink and dont stick to the plan i mess up my team cause of getting some ,,differential'' when obvious player is right infront of your eyes

planing for dgws and blank is key , but ofc there is luck factor and who can predict when your player will get injureed 🙁

^this. If Pwkrona has only learnt not to plan anything, he's probably quite bad at this.

Planning well and sticking to the plan is generally the key.

In my opinion good planning is very important, but so is having the flexibility to adjust the plan according to circumstances.

This flexibility should not however extend to messing up the squad for the sake of getting in too many differentials or jumping on too many over-hyped bandwagons.

Playing (8): Butland, VVD, Daniels, Mahrez, Gosling, Alli, Kane, Aguero
    Maybe (3): Bellerin, Ozil, Alexis
    Out (3): McCarthy, Moreno, Lukaku,
