    VERY STRANGE !!!
There are 3 teams in the top 38 with similar name "Mo Mane Mo Problems".
What kind of sorcery is this?

But I looked at their GW1 teams and they did include Mane...like mine. So either they are Mane fans who changed their names once they saw mine (we all converged around 50-100 a few weeks ago), or they are legitimate and we are all awesome at this game.

Same trio is why I ask and stuck between the same trio you speak of Adam, selling Kdb will allow me Studge but I don't think I've ever owned him before, Caroll looks up for it as does Defoe tbf, it's a tough call-who you planning to TC?
Could we trust any of that trio?

The TC is a problem for the future . Ideally Sturridge if it looks like he is going to start 2 , otherwise I am not sure it will depend on form.

Agree if for some reason I think Studge starts (even 130mins) I may give it to him, right now I'm slow to do anything with Mitro till the time is closer and we can see better who is on form, anyways I've Sahko possibly Gabby to deal with 1st so I'll play 5 mids this week, but then again how much longer can Cisse keep this up?

Should I transfer out Martial ahead of GW37 or keep? He was disappointing last DGW.

Seriously considering Carroll or Sturridge instead (already have Kane and Aguero).

Who do you think will get the most points in the upcoming games out of the 3?

    A) Martial
    B) Carroll
    C) Sturridge

GW36 WC Draft #1.. Thoughts? BB in 37

Keeping the 3 Arsenal for Norwich then will get rid of either Ozil or Bellerin for a DGW 37 player..

    De Gea* - Ruddy*
Bellerin - Cresswell* - Smalling* - van Aanholt* - Moreno*
    Payet* - Sanchez - Ozil - Fabregas* - Lanzini*
    Sturridge* - Lukaku* - Defoe*

He's hurt me so much this season though.. Would probably need to lose Sanchez for Hazard and on current form with Norwich and Villa at home either side of the DGW that's a hard move

    Thoughts on this WC team?

    Gomes (Courtois)
Rojo Moreno PVA (Darmian, Ryan Bennet)
    Hazard Sanchez Payet Firmino Lanzini
    Sturridge Carroll Lukaku

Will probably swap Sanchez for Fabregas ahead of the DGW, then a swap back post DGW.

Think Lukaku will be fired up against Bournemouth to put away all those chances he missed against United. A bit unlucky not to have got on the scoresheet once or twice, imo.

    Cheers 🙂

Kun has sou, ARS in the next two games, with Madrid games in between. Don't see a lot of minutes, or goal potential in those games.

        Much prefer Sturridge/Carroll/Lukaku, tbh.

Kane is a risk, but I plan to get him back in for GW 38 against Newcastle.

Morning! Would appreciate some feedback on a couple of questions here,
    1. Bench KDB or Alli? (At Alli at the moment, but am slightly afraid of KDB not starting and coming on after 70 mins or something..)
    2. Should I be confident thath either Gabriel or Fosu-M are gonna play next GW? (Thinking of saving transfer, and not enough cash for the ones I want without doing 2 transfers..)

    Cheers

The problem for me is that the teams he faces have so much to play for and it won't be easy

      TOT - league chasing
      sun - relegation threatened
      liv - Europe chasing
      LEI - league chasing

Obviously Leicester might know by 38 if they've won or not but still, that's a lot of risk tied up in a 10.8m player 😕

Anyone around left with WC and BB? After seeing abysmal scores GW 33 I'm reluctant to go with the strategy of WC before 37. Then that would leave me in a pickle with WC 37 and BB 38. Just wondering what the general consensus is.

Fantasy Football Scout daily hot topic

    Gameweek 35 lessons so far

For those planning a wildcard, looking for bench boost players, a triple captain or just to take advantage of DGWK 37 what did yesterday teach us?

    1. Is it time to bail on Coutinho and Liverpool defenders?
    2. Is Hazard now a genuine option? What of Pedro as well?
    3. Is Aguero dispensible, given his meagre returns yesterday in a 4-0 victory.

Plenty more games to go but for me I think its definitely time to secure actual playing Liverpool assets. Sturridge is on the radar, Firmino looks a keeper, Sakho and Coutinho though need to go.

Chelsea is the big one for me. Having even a glimmer of last season's Hazard available for the DGWK is something I'm not sure anyone had banked on.

      1) Sakho is going immediately, though Milner and Clyne I will hold onto just because they're potential upside is good enough and I have other fish to fry.
      2) Haha maybe, I however won't be going near Chelsea assets
      3) This is really just looking for an excuse to sell somebody there's no need to sell. Sure you can bet against him but the house will get you in the end.

West Ham look a good option, it will be him or Reid for me although I may skimp out as I'm already spending quite a lot in defence and would like to be able to do Iwobi -> Payet for 37 so I need all the cash I can get.

I've dumped Payet - may go back, but thinking Carroll or Antonio may offer more for less. Lots of options, but good to start thinking now.

              • 12 Years
              9 years, 7 months ago

Hmm, I dunno. I get the appeal of them especially has Payet has recently bloopered through a double gameweek already but all his underlying stats are there so I think it's a case of trusting the conversion numbers to come back around.

With the gameweek 36 fixtures, Watford, Everton and West Ham seem best to stock up on a week early, especially with Leicester and Tottenham facing tricky away games this week.

Sunderland, Norwich, Man U and Chelsea assets can wait another week though for sure.

Hazard & Pedro/Fab in on my WC. Will give Haz one more week to prove himself though, if not, then Sanchez stays for the City game. Current plan is Sanchez--->Haz, then Haz--->Sanchez for GW 38

Yes, ditching him on WC. Sturridge Kane Carroll frontline.

      1) I'm still monitoring Liverpool

Too much value to be had in GW37 when I BB

Though I said this for GW34 and got burned 🙁 keeping Lovren for now, but definitely bringing in Sturridge soon. Let's hope Villarreal can do us all a favour....

      2) Staying clear of Hazard. Look at who Chelsea play. TOT (title), sun (relegation), liv (Europe), LEI (title possibly). Not worth the hassle for 10.8m in my opinion.

      3) I may lose Aguero for Sturridge though I am reluctant to do so given Aguero's form. City look set for Europe next year with their position and with their CL campaign looking so good, if they get through against Real (slim chance I know) he may be bubble-wrapped for the final.

      On WC:

      1. Don't have any, not bringing in. If anyone can make a case that any will start both gw37 games, give me a shout.
      2. Hazard magically reappears--against mighty Bournemouth. Yes, I know Pedro also did well previously--against Villa. Level of difficulty is about to rapidly increase, gentlemen.
      3. Have already dumped Kun. Yes, he _can_ can score by the bucketload, but he prefers to save such performances for the real minnows. Only have room for one SGW striker, and that will be Kane. Plus, with all that budget freed up, I'll have everyone else I could possibly want and still have a large war chest left to simplify any late-season moves.

Not only is hazard worth looking at, Fab is rumoured to trying to prove his worth to Conte. After captain/Vc position. He's an assist monster on form.
Possibly looking at Sanchez to Hazard for the dbgw as I'm planning on 15 players with a bench boast.
Kun is being dropped for sturridge, Defoe/Carroll and martial/rooney. (Also rooney pushing for a euro form will be trying to prove his worth)

The Aguero situation depends on Man Utd keeping the pressure on them. But even if they do, the problem is that Aguero can still play passively and score an odd goal, which is just about enough.

Sometimes he scores 1, sometimes he's more lucky. But watching City after captaining Kun is a slow pain.

I know I don't have the nerve to go without him, though.

Problem with keeping Aguero for me is quite simple.

He's 13.6m and I don't feel I can captain him in any of his remaining fixtures.

    Fixtures: sou, ARS, swa

Maybe of those 3, I'd go for Swansea, but that's when you isolate him. In GW38 I'll have Sanchez (AVL), Ozil (AVL), Kane (new) and possible one of Lukaku (NOR) or Sturridge (wba) available.
