Pep sunk his teeth into our Gameweeks, while an old moggy took a chunk out of my partner’s arm, depriving me of my appearance on this week’s ScoutCast. I’m not sure which was more painful.

At the mercy of the local A&E, Jonty, Andy and Az became my other emergency service as they stepped up on this latest episode.

Inevitably, Guardiola’s Man City teamsheet dominates your questions and the ensuing chatter. Elsewhere the boys re-appraise Kane after his Wembley haul, revisit Liverpool with their fixtures about to swing and consider whether the heavy-hitting midfielders are poised for a renaissance ahead of Gameweek 10.

As far as I know, I’ve edited out all the “pussy” jokes.

    Wanted to know what everyone thaught about the following players and their chances of playing this weekend:

    Ben Davies

    Davies worries me the most as he seems to lost his place last few games. As for the City players apart from Silva should I be worried about the rest?

    Re: Free Hit Chip from FPL as a lot of questions being asked about it.

    Hi TFF,

    None of the players you sign during your Free Hit Gameweek (before or after you activate the Free Hit chip) will remain in your team when the deadline passes, and your team will revert to the previous line-up.

    You should find that the TC column for the Gameweek in question on your 'View Gameweek history' page displays a 0, indicating that you weren't deducted any points when playing your Free Hit.

    Please also note that when playing the Free Hit chip, any saved free transfers will be lost, and you will be back down to one free transfer for the next GW.

        You can play it any week you want, but potentially blank week GW31 will for most players be the best and least risky time to do so.

      Makes me wonder if those who are using it end up making transfers in subsequent weeks to bring in the same players again. E.g., bringing in Richarlison or Coutinho this week on a Free Hit and then they explode, wouldn't you want them again next week? Like all drugs, the first hit never really is free, as it turns out.

            I don’t get your question but your going to have the same team you had in gw 9 for gw 11. So any changes you make while on FHC, are for that (in your case gw 10) only.

    Kante back in training has filled me with confidence.

      I have 2FT and Bavies and Alonso. I will probably downgrade one for Mee and upgrade Sterling to Salah or Cout. I cannot decide for sure though.

      Short term I personal think Davies will start Sat. Aurier is a bit of a liability and Rose isn't match fit.
      Transfer to Trip is a bit sideways. He is as much of a rotation risk as Bavies.
