Rooney, Nani and Lee Martin struck the goals that saw United end their tour of Asia with a comfortable win. Rooney got the first from the spot after Carrick was brought down. Nani added the second with a delicious chip over the keeper, his second goal in consecutive games. Martin then finished the job with a 30-yard finish. The only notable injury news from this game concerns the appearance of Silvestre, coming on as sub after the hour mark for the second game running. Evidence that the French defender has fully recovered from his shoulder injury of last season and will be fighting fit for the kick-off to perhaps provide some competition for Evra while the Heinze situation rumbles on.
