After seven gruelling rounds of The Fantasy Football Scout Cup, sponsored by Paddy Power, we are at the penultimate stage of the competition. Just four fantasy managers left now, and with just a one in four chance of not winning a cash prize, the stakes are massive. With Mark committed elsewhere this week, there is unfortunately no podcast to do the live draw. Instead it was done behind closed doors, and here is how it turned out…

There’s no easy tie at this stage of the competition, but perhaps Poshleftme is feeling a little hard done by after being drawn against number 13 in the world Breakballartist. With injuries galore this week though, making the correct transfer will be vitally important to anyone hoping to reach the final. What we can safely say is that whoever does get to the final, will have well and truly deserved to do so.

One last thing, the final and 3rd placed play-off will not be taking place in the following gameweek, but there will be another gameweek break to allow time for semi-final reaction, and final build-up.
