Good morning Ladies and Gentlemen. With just one stray fixture left in gameweek 22, I thought I would point out that our poll for gameweek 23’s Fantasy Premier League captain selection is alive and well in your middle column.
The decision this time around looks no easy task. The two most in form strikers (Rooney & Tevez) have the gameweek off to battle it out in the Carling Cup second leg, Chelsea host McCleish’s resolute Birmingham defence and Fabregas and Arsenal travel to Villa Park – again, tricky. Not to mention Liverpool facing Wolves without their two most talismanic players in Gerrard and Torres. This might be a time to consider handing the armband to a player from an unfashionable source then.
