As Mark fiddles with his wildcard team (how on earth he’s still got it I don’t know), and everyone else frets over whether to take a(nother) four-point hit, the Saturday Surgery is here to take you through the final hour before the gameweek 15 deadline unscathed. First of all you have the Team News and the Injuries and Bans pages which, as always, house all the latest injury news and have our predicted line-ups for each Premier League team.
Then you have Mark’s Scout Picks which, given the form of Bolton Wanderers and recent team sheets, surprisingly do not recommend Matt Taylor.
If 14 players is just not enough for you, then underneath the Season Ticker on the home page is the Watchlist. Here you’ll find names of players recommended for the next few weeks or so. This is where Mark gets his Matt Taylor fix.
Once you’re happy/content with your team, you then have to make one of them captain. Don’t worry, we can help you there as well. The middle column on the home page is where you can view the most popular choices for captain this week amongst the Fantasy Football Scout community (4000+ votes cast). Nani and Johan Elmander have been switching positions at the top of that pile all morning, both with around 20% of the total vote.
