So Sam Allardyce was sacked? That’s odd. Onto bigger and better things undoubtedly for all; and to cheer us up from this solemn news is none other than a top of the table clash between Manchester United and Arsenal. Perfect Monday evening entertainment.

United revert to their 451/433 formation which has been a success in recent games against Arsenal, five goals in his most recent game isn’t enough for Berbatov to convince Fergie to alter his tactics. Everyone’s favourite tongue teaser Wojciech Szczesny starts in goal for Arsenal as his compatriot Lukas Fabianski fails to pass muster, Cesc Fabregas is only good enough for a place on the bench. Teams in full are…

United XI: Van Der Sar; Rafael, Vidic, Ferdinand, Evra; Fletcher, Carrick, Anderson; Nani, Rooney, Park

Arsenal XI: Szczesny; Sagna, Koscielny, Squillaci, Clichy; Song, Wilshere; Nasri, Rosicky, Arshavin; Chamakh

Whether you are a red or a red, or a neutral, the Dugout Discussion will be open for the evening to take in this battle in full flow.

Andy Leicester won the Premier League. Leicester. Premier League. What is this life? Follow them on Twitter

    Frauds exposed.

Arsenal are frauds. They need a midfielder with p*ss and vinegar to bring some heart and steel to the midfield.

They need something, they really do.

They have plenty of skilled players but no one who grabs the game by the scruff of the neck, gets stuck in and makes it happen.

Man Utd and Chelsea are always too physical for them.

Notice how both those teams struggle when they come up against equally physical teams that don't shy away from mixing it up.

Park will get something for that goal and his overall industry. Vidic nailed every hopeful ball that came in the area; and Rafael looked solid and bombed forward well for 70 minutes or so.

Nani had Clichy in his pocket although his crossing was not always spot-on...take your pick. Anderson had a decent game too...

Wow Chamakh is such a waste of space. Just horrible, below the Championship standard. Arsene Wenger is totally to blame, he's just not capable of judging players ability anymore and Arsenal will never win a major title under Wenger, I think we can say that for sure.

It's also the truth. Chamakh can be decent against the bottom table clubs, but he just lacks any quality and against top clubs that will cost them.

He's surely no better than Carlton Cole or any similar type of player. And he's surelly not anywhere near as good as Bendtner.

Ok that's a bit of overreaction, but with intent, as my point was that he's miles away from Arsenal standards and everyone can see that, but Arsene seems to prefer him even over RVP, which is insane. Arsenal sold Eduardo who is playing brilliant football these days and they downgraded Bendtner - so to get Chamakh in for these two, it's just crazy.

And the main point here - Chamakh against Man Utd defence is a dead wood and that will never change. I think everyone here can agree with that.

While Chamakh was his usual unawe-inspiring self he's not a terrible player at all. Before the Walcott injury he was doing a pretty good job of letting him get forward and get the goals.

Think that Park will be pretty high on the bonus points really, other than that its pretty hard to call.

Walcott is so bad it's a joke. I don't think he kept possession once when he came on!

Fair play to Utd, and Fergie for not playing Berba contrary to what most people thought. Arsenal didn't really create anything all game.

Howard Webb is a massive bender though. How the f*ck did Fletcher get away without a booking?! Grr... Cost me some serious dollar. 🙁
