I’m delighted to announce that Fantasy Football Scout have won the “Best Niche Website” in the 2010 Soccerlens Awards.

With over 40% of the votes, you lot are responsible for us winning this award. I just want to extend a huge thanks to you, the community, on behalf of the myself and team, for the nomination and the huge support you’ve given us over the year.

Thanks also to Soccerlens for organising the award and for shortlisting us for nomination.

I can’t wait to see what we can get done in the next twelve months.

      my guy is o -7 with coleman to play and robinson to come on while have 11 atm with 4 to play 2nite(cahill,coleman,tevez,hart)

      My 7 points is beating my opponents 2, unfortunately the panic stricken 8 point hit I took puts me on minus 1.

        Same here Sandy. My rival doesn't even play anymore but my hits put me on the back foot. He has two Everton defenders so I need City to score big!

      Currently sitting on a solid 0-0 in mine. He has 5 points to come on from the bench and coleman playing tonight and I have Baines, Kolarov & Tevez(C) so it might be tight!

        I have been screwed in mine – he had two Sunderland defenders and his emergency captain will go to Tevez too so thats my advantage gone there. He also has Baines, Howard and Cahill lol. My only hope is a Kolarov hatrick – So Bob Hope and No Hope basically!

    Sky sports possible starting line up for Everton:

    Everton: Howard, Neville, Distin, Jagielka, Baines, Coleman, Rodwell, Fellaini, Pienaar, Osman, Saha.

    They list Pienaar as a mojor doubt but include him in the starting 11 and omit Cahill? Unbelievable.

      How is that close?

      Even if Everton keeps a clean sheet and Cahill scores you'll beat him comfortably.

          I really think you need to do the maths again.

          If both keep a clean sheet you're through, and if Cahill scores and Everton keep a clean sheet then you're through.

    I know alot of folk on here are hoping for goals, goals, goals from Senor Tevez, but I don't see it, I think it will be a very tight affair and have a feeling for Everton. Have Kolarov and Jagielka at least, so should improve on my 14 points!

      Na and it's -11 here but the suns out and its the clearest blue sky i've seen in a long time.

      As for the game if its not 0-0 I'm out of the cup in the first gay round, but Everton like playing city and i reckon they'll pinch it 1-0.

    Right I know everyone has been posting about the Fantasy Cup but does it really matter. Give me a good overall rank everyday of the week ahead of a daft H2H cup.

    Also people in the Scout H2H leagues play better opponents every week and doing well in these is far more rewarding the knocking out some loser who hasnt changed his team since GW4 in the Fantasy Cup.

      Good overall rank= Progression to the next round. Same thing, but having an opponent breaks the monotony and doing well gives your posts a little more weight. (Granville)
