A Gameweek under floodlights brings a midweek Fantasy Premier League deadline – not only that we’ve got the lure of double fixtures to consider. That all adds up to a supremely busy Tuesday evening around here, with plenty of Fantasy Managers wiping away the perspiration in search of some last minute inspiration.

We’ve opened up the Matchday Surgery chatroom nice and early for you to allow you time to settle in, find yourself a seat in the stand and try to fight off those last minute knee jerks.

Mark Mark created the beast. He's now looking to tame it.

    Bit annoyed Hangeland didnt get any bonus points , they seem to have amateurs doing the bonus points over xmas. Cost me lots last gameweek with nasri vdv bale etc not getting them

        I watched - he was excellent when attacking balls in WB box but didnt really need to defend...Etuha and murphy bossed the game tho IMO.

        I was still surprised they didnt giv 3pts 🙂

    I can't understand why everybody on here seems to celebrate their scores around 25p. I've got a decent score as well so far, but a few goals from Torres or Gerrard can change everthing very fast.

      Not sure about Stockdale...he'll be dropped for the Ozzy goon again and you'll be left relying on Foster - which is actually no big deal at all but something to be wary of. Wouldn't go near Ivanovic either. Apart from that, it's good

    A bit irrelevant (although nothing in football is really irrelevant) but I think Man Utd's unbeaten record in the league will be broken at White Hart Lane on the 16th of January. I totally respect them but if we don't have any big injuries or suspensions after that difficult Everton clash, then we can make life for them miserable in there. Couldn't do it against Chelsea but I think is about the right time to at last get a result against them!!
