Six more Premier League matches, six more opportunities to add to our Gameweek totals – sadly, after last night’s heavyweight bouts, the Fantasy talent on show looks somewhat limited.

Carlos Tevez will carry the hopes of some as City take on Birmingham at St Andrews, Dutch maestro Rafael Van der Vaart will do his bit for Spurs at Blackburn. Elsewhere, the ever-popular wantaway Charlie Adam will be spraying passes around and over the accommodating West Ham defence and Clint Dempsey will be shooting on sight with Newcastle dropping by the Cottage.
Aside from that, we will all be hoping to find clean sheets. There might just be more chance of finding Germaine Greer on Andy Gray’s Facebook friend list.

Follow the fortunes of all these players and Johan Elmander’s latest attempt at prising the wheel clamp from his bandwagon, in tonight’s Dugout Discussion chatroom. The doors are open. Granville’s doing the teas.

          Shame you didn't get Santa Cruz as well. Those two should come as a package deal, i think Bentley much have set up about three quaters of all Rocky's goals when they were both at Rovers

    I always find it extremely lazy that Journos give assessments of players only when they played in England.

    As if they had no opportunity to see Suarez in the CL or the WC and can only know make an assessment of his qualities.

    Twitter is awash with this nonsense. "looks fast good finisher etc"

    Suarez existed b4 liverpool and it wasnt that hard to follow him.

    Guaranteed Henry Winter and many others should Messi one day grace the premier league will say on his debut that " he could do damage here, looks good," based on a 30min showing.

            His pacy, quick feet, generally plays left side of a 4 2 3 1 and cuts into shoot with his right. Can also play in the hole behind.

          Of course I have seen him play several times, but no one knows what will happen when he comes here. Better players than Suarez have failed miserably.

          I think he's a great signing for them as is Carroll. I've not rated Torres much for 2 years.

            My point simply is he is rated and rated highly in Europe. This has been known for years - so firstly trying to judge his ability on tonight is stupid from many journos as this has been known for years

            Secondly the point you make about him fitting into the league is correct - but again based on tonight we cant judge this.

            Its just poor journalism on so many levels. There are some really really bad Journos about.

            Henry Winter today claimed that Fabregas was mouthing off to officials cos he intends to leave England for Barcelona and that Fabregas was doing it as a parting gift. Probably the most ludicrous thing ive ever heard said in sports reporting. That fabregas would intentional think "ya im off in the summer so i can swear at this linesman cos you know il be out of this country"

            And Winter is probably on a 6 figure salary.

                All he does is praise English players all day based on no merit and says stuff like last night

                "Rooney has no distractions now like he did with contracts or off field issues like in the world cup" Just to please his fan base and give false hope The man has no integrity.

                Rooneys contract was finished months ago and his off field activites stopped months ago aswell

                Yet he still thinks he can link it to last night and blindly ignore all the performances in between
