The team to round out our gameweek this coming Wednesday evening also have the honour of kicking it off. That means only one thing, we’re well entrenched in another double gameweek and it’s left to the West Midlands derby of Birmingham playing host to West Brom to get us off and on our way as the Dugout Discussion opens it’s doors for the day…

Obafemi Martins is rewarded for his Carling Cup winning goal as he comes in for Nikola Zigic – those 14% backing the lanky Serb to second place in our poll are no doubt cursing right now. Curtis Davies and (Granny’s favourite) Jean Beausejour come in for Martin Jiranek and Seb Larsson while the injured duo of Gardner and Ferguson also replaced by David Bentley and Cameron Jerome. West Brom make just one change from the side that drew with Stoke as James Morrison comes in for the injured Graham Dorrans. Previous fantasy favourite Peter Odemwingie remains on the bench. We’ll then casually stroll into the midst of the 3pm kick-offs with the like Arsenal vs Sunderland and Newcastle playing host to Everton, our other double fixture interests, attracting the most interest.

We’ll close out the day in the safe hands of Roberto Mancini as his City side play host to bottom of the table Wigan. Carlos Tevez comfortably topped our poll this gameweek with 28% of the vote – a sign of the positive nature of the fixture, but just as much the general malaise and skepticism towards the wares on offer from our doublers this week, I imagine.

The Dugout Discussion will be with all through the day until we get some rather Jerky Knees this evening.

      I don't know but from what I can gather it's a bookmark, and there used to be some guy named Buggu on here that probably made 1 of 2 things. Made loads of good or bad points which were then bookmarked (buggu marked).

      Then again I could be completely wrong 🙂

      Basically there's this poster called Buggu (or at least there was a poster called Buggu!) who would always pitch up after matches claiming that he had predicted the result/what happened. He did it the whole time.

      Tired with people taking the piss out of him, he then found some bookmarks which he claimed that proved him right, when they didn't really. So he made a bit of a tit of himself.

      So now, bookmarks are called 'buggumarks'! 😀

        There was also a time that Buggu posted a link predicting Chamakh to do badly (he then did do badly that week) only for someone - I think it was SuperDunny - to find a post with Chamakh in 'Buggu's Picks' for that same week. Egg on face for BUGGGGGGGGGGGUUUUUUU!

    All those on low points, don't panic as it seems the other players in say the top 10,000 have also had pretty pish GWs so far.

    As always, you'll get some ranked in the 1 millions who get 90 points out of nowhere, but overall a low average score so far... about 20, if that.
