For those without Wayne Rooney owners, Saturday was a painful day (I bet you did better than me though). Hopefully there’s something on offer this Mothering Sunday, with two Premier League fixtures to close the gameweek out (good riddance).

The Dugout Discussion chatroom is open in time for Blackpool’s trip to Craven Cottage. The team sheets have been handed in and read like this…

Fulham XI: Schwarzer, Baird, Hughes, Hangeland, Salcido, Duff, Etuhu, Murphy, Dempsey, Zamora, Dembele

Blackpool XI: Kingson, Baptiste, Cathcart, Evatt, Crainey, Grandin, Adam, Vaughan, Ormerod, Beattie, Taylor-Fletcher

Fantasy favourites Charlie Adam and Clint Dempsey both feature as does Fulham striker Bobby Zamora. That’s his first league start since his injury back in gameweek three, and his presence relegates Andy Johnson to the bench. Other than that, Fulham line-up as expected.

As for the visitor’s, DJ Campbell competes his three-match suspension today, which allows Brett Ormerod to play alongside Gary Taylor-Fletcher and James Beattie up front.

On a more comical note, Fulham chairman Mohamed Al Fayed has erected a statue of Michael Jackson outside Craven Cottage. No, really.

That monstrosity aside, and it’s perhaps the final game of the day at Eastlands that has our interest, as Man City play hosts to Sunderland. Will Carlos Tevez’s owners be rewarded for holding on? I hope so.

Did Bardsley have a shocker today? Subbed at 45 mins.

I have him as a cheapo defender for the run in. But may have to rethink...

Same goes for Seamus Coleman. Taken off after 50 mins.

bardsley did have a shocker... I saw the game... not too sure whether he'll still be getting starts but I'd think it's worth hanging onto him for the moment until you know whats happening... he is only your cheapy after all!

Yes, the FPL site flagged Bardsley as an injury risk.
I'm hoping that he is back in the side next week (home to WBA).

I saw someone mentioned earlier that VDV looked tired yesterday. Who are you guys getting more fidgety about - him or Nani?

Nani might yet see more rotation. Man U now have 3 games in a week (Europe-Prem-Europe).
The return of Valencia means that Nani is now droppable.

But I could have done without that 4 minute cameo from Nani yesterday ðŸ™

i'm really not worried about nani. he's been rested once and i think he'll be fine from now on even if it means playing a bit on the left. without him they were 2 bits of rooney inspiration away from a disappointing result

Can't tell really. He was first choice earlier in the season, but we've had running injuries. Now the squad's almost full strength, and we have no other distractions, I'd say "god only knows". Quite a bit of competition from Nasri, Arshavin, Wilshere and Cesc.

Wolves are the most certain ones to go down imo, they're just plain bad. Excluding Wigan from that list was purely because I like them. I hope they're finding some form.

Blackpool and West Ham are both defensively awful and lack any ability to close down games.

No sign of them escaping. Completely agree.

I'd love to say the same about Wigan, but they've also got the worst goal difference and absolutely nobody to stick away the chances they are creating.

West Ham at least have a bit of firepower.

      Wigan, Blackpool and West Ham.

I think West Ham have the best team out of those 3 but they had such an awful start that its difficult to overcome that. Plus, they have nasty fixtures from here on in.

Wigan don't have a genuine goalscorer and Blackpool simply cannot defend.

I think Wolves have the nicest run in and their home form will probably just see then safe.

Up until Woy came along West Brom would have been one of my three to go down but I think he'll get them enough points to stay up.

              from the Rules -

If you don't use your free transfer then you'll be able to make an additional free transfer the following gameweek. If you don't use the saved transfer in the next gameweek then it will be carried over until you do. You can never have more than one saved transfer, the wildcard is the only way to make more than two free transfers in a gameweek.

Feel bad for Martin Sheen, he spent a year studying at Galway Uni t'other year and a few mates got to know him. Supposed to be a really nice fella. Must be horrible to watch your son melt down in public.

charlie sheen publicily questioned the twin towers demolition. He then became a spokesperson for the families that lost loved ones that day. Since then his life has gone off the rails. Some people think his demise has been encouraged/orchestrated by the shadowy elite that sit behind the scenes of US politics.
he is now half mad and lives with 2 porn stars. could be worse.

he was the highest paid actor on US television, so he should have a bit saved to live off of (stripper shoes are only about $40 on the Sunset Strip)

I still think it would be ridiculously unfair if Kolarov doesn't get that assist- it was the FAINTEST of nicks from lescott if indeed he even did nick it..... 😕

He did touch it. Shouldn't get an assist for that really.

I think really it should be Kolorov's assist since it was his effort that laid on the goal, but the FPL rules say not. I don't agree that the last touch should always get the assist, but them the rules.

yeah, it's annoying that what would otherwise have been a brilliant assist is ruled out due to lescott's malco-ordination...
