There’s only one televised Premier League fixture today, but with blockbuster games kicking off earlier at Carrow Road and Molineux, we’ve opened the Dugout Discussion chatroom so you can pour over all of today’s action.

We’re at Carrow road first, where Norwich City shortly begin their home campaign. They come up against a Stoke City side perhaps a little worse for wear after their midweek Europa League venture. Half an hour later, Fulham (another team having to cope with extra European commitments) travel up to face Mick McCarthy’s Wolves.

After that, it’ll be time to tune in to watch Gary and Jamie set-up a potential cracker between Bolton and Man City, with both sides looking to top the table.

So join us in the Dugout Discussion, which will stay open throughout the day to soak up your views on the action.

What position is Ward playing, is he back as a defender this year? I know Doyle and Fletcher are up front just wondering if maybe he's in midfield?

Chelsea, Arsenal & Spurs to an extent I'm staying away from. For Chelsea I'm just playing Ashley Cole. May look into VDV and RVP next month after their fixtures & teams get better.

Agüero makes his full debut for City at the Reebok while the man he was signed to replace, Carlos Tevez, is on the bench. Tevez, you would have to say, needs to sit down and have a look at what he's achieved this summer. He's engineered a situation where he's gone from City captain to substitute. he's still stuck in Manchester and he still has to eat in the same two restaurants. Well played, sir. Well played.

From the guardian, great comment ^

I can just tell Aguero is going to be brilliant again today, I'm going to be annoyed I chose torres, and I'm going to be annoyed at city doing well.

or leave your team as is!

Watch Baines keep a clean sheet + assist for Cahill next week against Blackburns pathetic team.

Torres finally gets a goal and follows it up with another 2 min later as Chelsea beat Norwich 2-0!

Keep faith with your players! you never know what is going to happen.

You chose him over Aguero because Aguero wasn't a sure start and Chelsea were playing West Brom and Norwich at Stamford bridge for the next two weeks. Also, he looked good at stoke.

      That's why.

Probably for the same reason I did. I had Aguero in my squad up until the last minute, at which point I decided I will be losing out on points by not bringing in Torres for the next 2 GWs. FFS also convinced me to do so when I saw the overwhelming majority that were planning on captaining Torres this GW.

People seem a lot quicker to blame stuff they glean from FFS info for their lack of points which, at the very least, is disrespectful and unappreciative. Have you checked the results a lot of these guys have had over the last few years? It;s a fine collection of FPL talent and knowledge in my opinion.

Furthermore, I so very rarely see people express any gratitude for success based on advice from here- apart from the odd few who at least thank someone immediately after giving them guidance.

Personally I'm a pretty new user here but have been massively impressed with the site, it's owners/moderators and aficionados- so much so that I bought membership as my thanks for everything they've given me.

(And in case you think I'm biased, I've had an awful 2 GW's!)

2000 poll voters can certainly be wrong. Torres did look a good option - that's why we backed him in Scout Picks. I stress though, he was a good option for GW2. Our Watchlist - mid term picks have him further down the rankings. The top two there? Bent and Suarez - they did ok.
