We open the Dugout Discussion for the final four fixtures of the gameweek, and the month, before we take our first International Break breather.

Newcastle versus Fulham kicks us off with the home side calling in Peter Lovenkrands for the now departed Joey Barton and Leon Best filling a Shola Ameobi sized void. The visitors meanwhile welcome Chris Baird and Matthew Briggs at the back with a host of changes made to their midfield and attack…

Newcastle XI: Krul, Simpson, Steven Taylor, Coloccini, Ryan Taylor, Lovenkrands, Cabaye, Tiote, Gutierrez, Obertan, Best

Fulham XI: Schwarzer, Briggs, Hughes, Hangeland, Baird, Dempsey, Murphy, Sidwell, Duff, Dembele, Kasami.

Half an hour later Spurs are left to pick themselves up from their defeat to Man United to welcome Man City for their first home game of the season.

Despite talk of an impending departure for Peter Crouch he lines up for ‘Arry with Luka Modric also in the mixer. Roberto Mancini rewards Micah Richards with a new contract and a place on the bench as he, Aleksander Kolarov and James Milner drop out for Pablo Zabaleta, Gael Clichy and new signing Samir Nasri…

Spurs XI: Friedel; Corluka, Dawson, Kaboul, Assou-Ekotto; Lennon, Kranjcar, Modric, Bale; Van der Vaart, Crouch.

Man City XI: Hart, Zabaleta, Kompany, Lescott, Clichy, Barry, Yaya, Silva, Nasri, Aguero, Dzeko

The Dugout Discussion will be around for all four games as West Brom vs Stoke and, the big one, Man United vs Arsenal round out the day, week and month.

4-5-1 used previously was all about dealing with a strong Arsenal side. I doubt he'll give this sort or Arsenal team as much respect at home.

If he went that way it'd basically be a 4-3-3, but I'm sure he'll stick with a 4-4-2 today.

My "original" plan was to do torres to rvp and have 3 big strikers (rooney, rvp, suarez), but now I'm having second toughts.
Maybe I need another semi-big midfielder, have silva already.
I'm thinking mata, vdv, walcott etc.

It could be done only leaving rvp out and having someone cheaper instead.
What's your tought on this kind of move?

Nzog + torres out, dzeko + walcott in.
Or do you prefer rvp + taarabt/ramsey?

Basically you have to get the balance of the big 5 in having a midfielder or striker

      Dzeko/Aguerro or Silva
      Rooney or Young/Nani
      RVP or Walcott
      Suarez or Downing/Adam
      Torres/Drogba or Lamps/Malouda/Mata

Ive got Rooney, Silva, Suarez already, so need to decide on Arsenal and Chelsea cover. prob go with RVP and Mata
