Before all the Rooney vice-captains come into play and we can concentrate on European endeavours for a couple of days we’ve got the Joey Barton of all match-ups.

The prickly character sees us open the Dugout Discussion as manager Neil Warnock hands him the armband against his old side Newcastle – not one to flounce under the radar, clearly. QPR are in fact rocking a whole host of new signings while Alan Pardew recalls Shola Ameobi in place of Peter Lovenkrands. Sides in full are…

QPR XI: Kenny; Young, Gabbidon, Ferdinand, Traore; Barton, Derry, Faurlin, Taarabt, Wright-Phillips; Bothroyd.

Newcastle XI: Krul; Simpson, S. Taylor, Coloccini, R. Taylor; Obertan, Tiote, Cabaye, Gutierrez; Best, Ameobi.

Let us close the gameweek together in the Dugout Discussion and watch the sparks fly.

Roight, Oi've had a look at the game tonight, & I'm not sure I want any of either lot in my precious XI for now. Best does look sharp, QPR do look like they could do well at home if they actually had someone who could score. & Simpson is a star 🙂

by the way this s.taylor bps thing is largely based on past precedent this season on top of the tamest header on target by they all seem to count as 1 under EA's wonderful system. don't see why he gets the nod over collocini on the baps but so far he has so basing prediction on that.

That logic is based on? I think Mancini will carry on rotating his 3 strikers(I mean his main one's with the odd Carling cup match for Ballotelli)

That's the dilemma - the logical thing is to keep RVP with a game against Blackburn but without Fab and Nas he is not getting the service this year, whereas City are capable of mullering anyone

Painfully I brought in RVP for Aguero based on fixtures and potential rotation. It would be bad for me to jump back - right? Not sure I could bear an Aguero rest and RVP goal.

There's been a lot of talk on here as to who out of Simpson and R Taylor he will replace. He has more recently been a left back(but has also played right back)and so R TAylor looks like he might be at risk.

Hiya lads, just a quick question.

Players prices increase, we know this, but when you transfer them out, aren't we supposed to get half the increase back when trasnferring out players?

take dzeko for eample, i've got him at 8.7, however, now he's 8.9, doesnt that mean im supposed to get 0.1 back as part of the returned increase?

at the moment im getting nothing in return.

    any help/advice well appreciated 🙂

collocini figuring highly in the stats. only way s.taylor will get the nod over him is if they value clearances where he's dominating.
no newcastle mid had a shot on target.
SWP had 1 shot on target out of 5, not great news at all.

Think United may well get a clean sheet in two or more of their next three, but Smalling aint guaranteed a start any more (especially when Vidic comes back) 🙁 And also that gives me just enough for Suarez -> RVP ...

Yeah content first then corrections second should be your priorities, and your content is good.
However typos do matter, think of listening to a lecture by someone with a bad speech impediment, that's how typos read. If in doubt run an autocorrect/spellchecker over it. Or just leave it 5 mins, have a cup of tea and then re-read it quickly, things will pop out at you.
I do like the speed you get articles out, very commendable.

            Advice well and truly taken.

I do have a tendency to just post it, rather than re-read, but a 5 minute tea break like you say would be an idea.

And thanks (y) Should be another one tomorrow 🙂

oooh, just read the previous page. The Dzeko (c) Rooney (vc) thing hadn't even crossed my mind.
What was it 380,000 Dzeko transfers in?? I bet at least 200,000 of those had Rooney (vc)...bad times (Complete makey uppy stat BTW)
