    What is a good site to catch early team news? BBC usually only gives out teams 20 or so minutes before kick off?

            Always handy to know yourself though, I do other fantasy games where you can change your team right up until kick off. Is there one twitter site, or does he/she just get them from the teams own twitter site(s)?

    Gents, here is my current team, i have 2 frees

    Given / Ruddy
    Enrique / Kompany / Simpson / Brown / Woodgate
    Silva / Mata / MPetrov / Dyer / Arteta
    Aguero / Adebayor / Suarez

    So Brown and Arteta seem the clear choices for the chop and there is no ManU in there. 1.4 in the bank.

    What do you think are the best ways of working some ManU players in?

    I know their not known for alot of clean sheets but is friedel value lovely fixtures and decent price
