Arsene Wenger is without full-backs Kieran Gibbs and Carl Jenkinson as his side come up against Norwich. Johan Djourou and Andre Santos look likely to get the nod in the Gunners’ backline…

Cheik Tiote has been ruled out for Newcastle’s trip to Man City, who have Sergio Aguero fit and available after the international break. Mancini’s starting lineup is anyone’s guess, though, with many of their first-team involved heavily for their nations. Luis Suarez has shaken off a back injury and should start for Liverpool. Whilst Alex Ferguson has question marks over the fitness of Danny Welbeck.

Just an opinion but anyone on wild card I reckon, vdv, silva, rvp, rooney lamps, and build your team around them! There are enough good cheap mids and defence to be able to do it.

Decided it's not worth a 4pt hit to do suarez -> bendtner.

  You don't need Vidic and Jones, especially when Vidic is so expensive. If you want 3 expensive defenders i'd go Bos to Vermaelen, though I think you'd be better off downgrading Bos and upgrading ferguson or your strikers.
  
  Given->Howard/Westwood is a good transfer this week, it depends how much you want to spend on a keeper, I couldn't justify 5.4 mil for Howard personally but he rotates extremely well with Vorm until Jan. However Westwood has good fixtures coming up, so he's not a bad pick considering he's only 4.4.
  
  Cabaye is hopefully fit, but you don't want to play either Simpson or Taylor this week with their fixtures and Ferguson isn't going to play, so you have to rely on minutes from everyone you're starting.
  
  If you just make the one transfer this week i'd make Bos to Verm or Bos to Shawcross/BAE to guarantee minutes, then Given to Westwood next week.

  Yes + Yes. Jones should be ahead of one of stoke players, most likely to get clean sheet (look at past ressults of Man and swansea and stoke) and spreads your chickens.

  Nasri's playing minutes over the last 5 weeks: 64, 0, 16, 69, 0
  
  Not guaranteed as Milner is often preferred to him. He's played 521/990 minutes, Milner 560/990, Silva 891/990. You know what you're getting with Silva, Nasri's not worth the price for that.
  
  I'd prefer Nani and Aguero to Rooney and Nasri personally, Nasri will probably score big sometimes - if he starts.

  I think there's a case for it. Swansea spend most of their time passing around the back four, that's where Utd will need to pressure, they're not going to slice through the middle like City.

  Fulham, travelling up to Sunderland, with Jol in charge- Keeping a cleany? not impossible but pretty unlikely imo. have you ever been to Sunderland? its enough to make you give up life, let alone give up keeping goal on a cold day. and its always cold in Nov.
