We’ve got a mammoth eight games today to get us back into the swing of Premier League action today. We start the Dugout Discussion over in Norfolk as Paul Lambert and his band of merry men welcome Arsenal to Carrow Road…

Norwich make a couple of changes to the side that list at Villa Park before the international break with Andrew Crofts and David Fox coming in for Elliott Bennett and Grant Holt. Arsene Wenger, meanwhile, starts Laurent Koscielny at right-back with the rest of his side pretty much picking itself. Teams in full are…

Norwich XI:Ruddy; Naughton, Martin, Barnett, Tierney; Johnson, Crofts, Pilkington, Hoolahan (C), Fox; Morison.

Arsenal XI: Szczesny; Koscielny, Vermaelen, Mertesacker, Andre Santos; Song, Ramsey, Arteta; Walcott, Gervinho, Van Persie.

Then we’ll be with good old Jeff Stelling and Merse -or Gabby Logan and Garth Crooks for those less fortunate- to take in a big bite of Gameweek 12 action with 6 three o’clock kick offs to keep our eyes on.

Man City (who will lead the line this time?) hosting Newcastle, Sunderland (the travails of one Nicklas Bendtner) welcoming Fulham and Everton (all eyes on the Drenthe bandwagon) vying with Wolves are the pick of the bunch for most Fantasy Managers out there.

Swansea’s imperious home record will face it’s sternest test yet in the evening kick-off as Manchester United pay visit and close out our bumper Saturday of Dugout Discussion action.

    Just watched Arsenal's deserved but slightly nervy win against Norwich.

    If RVP keeps scoring I might do something stupid like get a tattoo of his name, name a kid after him... or tattoo the kid with his name. lmao.

    Anyway, here's how I predict the BPs will break down:

    RVP 3
    Walcott 2
    Morison 1

    Morison behind Walcott despite scoring because of the winning team PPI boost and not being nearly as involved in the play.

    Ramsey had another good game but no points. Hmmm.

        So you think he is rested for this game? I know pulis likes to play rotate and play Sorensen in the Europa League but I don't know. Will be clearly next weekend I imagine if Begovic has lost number 1 spot

      Strictly speaking it's more about the number of hits you have to take. I'd say 3 hits. So 4 transfers with 1 FT, 5 transfers with 2FT.

        3 hits = 8 points = risky, depends on the lead you have. Thinking about an 8 point hit this week, to get Drenthe and Verm, but I need to free up funds first by taking out Aguero. Could avoid Verm for this week and just go 3 at back and bring him in week after.

      I never take a hit of more then 4 points.
      So I would probably say 3-5 changes.
      Also if a big player like RVP gets crocked and gives you the option to revamp the squad.

      Ah you bastard 😀 I know it's tempting to wish ill on your rival's strikers but I hate it when the same happens to mine. I actually cheered on Suarez the week I dropped him just 'cos he's a proper talent, and so is Balotelli.

      I do feel proper smug at the minute about sticking with Balo. Maybe I won't if he gets a red.
