We’ve got a mammoth eight games today to get us back into the swing of Premier League action today. We start the Dugout Discussion over in Norfolk as Paul Lambert and his band of merry men welcome Arsenal to Carrow Road…

Norwich make a couple of changes to the side that list at Villa Park before the international break with Andrew Crofts and David Fox coming in for Elliott Bennett and Grant Holt. Arsene Wenger, meanwhile, starts Laurent Koscielny at right-back with the rest of his side pretty much picking itself. Teams in full are…

Norwich XI:Ruddy; Naughton, Martin, Barnett, Tierney; Johnson, Crofts, Pilkington, Hoolahan (C), Fox; Morison.

Arsenal XI: Szczesny; Koscielny, Vermaelen, Mertesacker, Andre Santos; Song, Ramsey, Arteta; Walcott, Gervinho, Van Persie.

Then we’ll be with good old Jeff Stelling and Merse -or Gabby Logan and Garth Crooks for those less fortunate- to take in a big bite of Gameweek 12 action with 6 three o’clock kick offs to keep our eyes on.

Man City (who will lead the line this time?) hosting Newcastle, Sunderland (the travails of one Nicklas Bendtner) welcoming Fulham and Everton (all eyes on the Drenthe bandwagon) vying with Wolves are the pick of the bunch for most Fantasy Managers out there.

Swansea’s imperious home record will face it’s sternest test yet in the evening kick-off as Manchester United pay visit and close out our bumper Saturday of Dugout Discussion action.

      Great job today keeping Baines. Someone made a calculation that's quite illuminating about whether to buy pricier players. Say you have a target of 2200 points over the season with 100 money (pretty good I'd think) you need 22 points per 1 money. Baines is about 3.5 more than a cheapo defender so that's 77 points more than a cheapo defender required from him, which works out to about 2 points per game. Given Everton CS aren't looking very good and cheapo defenders will get some anyway, that's basically a penalty scored every 3 games. Tricky.

        Well - Shipping Richards a few weeks back is annoying but it was to free up funds for VDV. On Budget defence now, I've made my bed etc.

        If Petrov is a sub for the next three weeks and Drenthe starts during that time then you will make those 4pt up. All Drenthe has to do is score or assist in that time - which is likely - and you are in pt profit.

        Remember a pts hit does not necessarily work out the first week its made. Petrov out for Drenthe is a good move. Can't fail.

      None yet. Petrov to Walters worked out, captained RVP....only got 32(-4pt hit so far) but Vorm, Jones, Saurez, Sturridge, VDV and BAE to go, so fairly happy so far.

      Regrets.....

      Listening to Pulis and his vote of confidence in Bego. I'd have spent my second transfer on Bego to Westwood otherwise.

      But can't complain really since Sturridge to Klasnic may work out well.
