We’ll then move on to the only televised fixture of the day as Wolves play host to a Sunderland side looking to impress Martin O’Neill before he takes the reins. A game I can’t bear to watch having brought in Jamie O’Hara and made the laughably rookie mistake of then forgetting to start him.

Two sides with plenty to fight for after an equally poor last couple of months. The Dugout Discussion remains throughout.

      Defence is the only problem I see. VDV will come good, though is good to free up funds for the back line. Simpson may need to go along with Rangel in coming weeks. Reasoning behind Simpson is NUFC losing both centre backs to injury, I expect the clean sheets to disappear regardless of decent fixtures.

        I want to keep, but it's his cost, which means I have a cack defence. I can get Ba and Verm, which should score more than Ag and McAuley combined. All about value for money and he's not providing it.

        I may sacrifice VDV instead, yet.

      Personally I'm looking at getting him in in a couple of weeks; he's the most used striker in the well-oiled goal machine that is City at the moment, which makes his ceiling too high to ignore for me. He could get 30+ goals this season. It means you have to get a cheap forward such as Yak/Helguson/Morison/Graham as your 3rd along with RVP, but they're all providing good value this year.
