The EA PPI data is now available and the Fantasy Premier League game have now added their bonus points accordingly. Here’s our match-by-match breakdown of how they’re distributed. At first glance, aside from Charlie Adam’s bonus at Wigan in a very tight PPI tussle, there appears to be few surprises amongst them…

      Adam's penalty miss still counts as a shot on target - them's the rules.

      It does seem odd that a weak penalty is rewarded, whereas a player is penalised for a 30 yard screamer that hits the bar. But if you want an objective rather than a subjective way of distributing BPs then this is the price you have to pay.

        The target is AROUND the goalkeeper though. You still have to beat him. Al Habsi won that and saved Wigan from defeat at home. Crazy.

      Here's a better suggestion. If BPs can't take in to account the complexities of football. Do away with them entirely. A computer system could reward goals only and still be considered "objective" but ultimately pointless. Al Habsi saved Wigan from defeat - and not just from the penalty he stopped.

      The system obviously doesn't favour goalies for bonuses.
