        Yeah, the current plan is to save next week's transfer and then do 3 in GW20 to get some DGW coverage as I only have Ade at the moment. Which of these do you think is best? And do I need to take more hits?

        a) Ramsey, Sinclair & Verm -> Bale, Drenthe & JEvans (2 extra DGWers)

        b) Ramsey, Silva & Wilko -> Bale, Drenthe & BAE (3 extra DGWers but lose Silva until the wildcard (likely to be GW24).

    Just noticed a small error on the rules page on FPL. It says: the January Wildcard can only be used between Gameweeks 20 and 23 (2 Jan 11:30 to 4 Feb 11:30).

    That should be GW 21 not 20, could mislead a lot of people into thinking they can utilize it for the Spurs/Everton DGW.

          you ask be the best player at that price for that run of gws, hes the guy i rate. now if you want to go cheap, shotton is a nice option. but if you plan on WCing sooner rather than later, huth could do well til then.

    Evans, Smalling or even Shotton if you have a United defender and use 1.8 to upgrade another player. Huth at 5.6 has 3 nice fixtures could get some attacking returns

    Dilemma:
    Preferred option:
    I'd like to do Baines & VdV to Verm & Mata, but that would leave me with less players for the double GW, which is not good.
    Alternative:
    VdV & Kompany to Bale & Verm, which is worse for the next two weeks, but lets me keep 4 players for the DGW.
    Which is the way to go?

      I would go with the first one. I have the same problem and I think I'm going VDV to Mata. You can always bring Bale in before the dgw. I just think Chelsea have great fixtures so I need some coverage.
