    Right... I guess its time I listened to everyone and got rid of vdv.

    My team:

    Vorm - krul
    Enrique - naylor - Simpson - Bardsley - Bosingwa
    Nani - vdv - bale - gomez - whelan
    Rvp - ade - yak

    Only 1 FT. 0.6 in bank. Is it worth trying to get:

    vdv>silva/valencia, Bos>j.evans/kompany/BAE

    Or any other ideas?

        Mate the wildcard cant come quick enough for you lol. Think your gonna have to take a hit this week to field a respectable team.
        Some quick suggestions for transfers.
        VDV to Mata
        Bos to Shawcross
        Whelan to Walters (if cash allows)

        Just a couple of idea there mate. Ideally you dont want the Yak or Bardsley but the others areas are more pressing so just deal with them for the time being (you dont want to take a 12 points hit of somthing ludacris)

      Dyer isn't playing where at least Drenthe has a chance of getting some minutes, so that's a forward move.

      I own Sturridge and prefer him over Ba but it's not a move that has to be done this week. Ba could score vs Bolton.

        and it gives lovely balance. 2 x 10ish and 1 x 8ish then you just need Walters/Drenthe/Gomez/Allen combos and your MF is sorted.

    Did those who were guessing Mark's transfers see that I think I worked it out-my mini league never know why I can normally work out their transfers but it's not normally too difficult if you are certain over one of the transfers(naturally there is room for error as there are similar priced players and people do odd things!)

      Well its interesting game, but this year is little bit more difficult. You can't see at what price your opponent bought/ sold certain player, so it could be misleading.

        You know which gw he bought the player so within reason you can work it out. I would say I'd lay a bet he's got rid of VDV and Krul for Nani+GK.

        You can see enough to know it is not Yak or Sinclair(if it is VDV he has shipped).

    I have had no Liverpool attacking coverage all season, but with two nice homers comping up, might bring a midfielder in. Adam seems the only choice but looks dear. Should I just give it a miss?

      there is no standout to be honest. with gerrard coming back, adam will be off pens (if he wasnt already). gerrard is too expensive. maxi is a good FF prospect but doesnt get much game time. giving up one of your forward spots for carroll or bellamy is a huge risk, although i think bellamy could score well in suarez absence!

      12 points is alot, and although those are all good transfers i dont think its worth the hit so close to a wildcard
      why not try yak> morrison, vdv> nani as taht is only 4 points
      and then sort your team out at the jan wild card

    Looking for some transfer advice. Have 2 FTs.
    Vorm (Westwood)
    Walker, Enrique, Jones (McCauley, Caulker)
    Nani, Silva, Bale, VDV (Ferguson)
    Ba, Sturridge, RVP

    VDV’s looks certain for the chop anyway due to poor form and possible injury.
    I’m happy with strikers, will be transferring Ba probably next GW.

    Is it worth downgrading one of Mata, Silva, Nani, Bale for Walters or Drenthe, if so which one?

    Means i can upgrade a 4.0 defender to Assou-Ekotto aswell for a 4 point hit.

      I wouldn't touch Bale or Nani, but Silva (poss rest) or Mata might be worth doing, but I'd be looking at Walker. With Spurs RM problems, Droopy could push Walker into Mid, bring Kaboul (if fit) in at RB.

      As for Walters/Drenthe, next two games clearly favour Walters, but getting Drenthe now sets you up for DGW. I'm making that same choice (upgrading Formica) and will go for Walters two very friendly home fixs.

      I personally think Mata is too expensive for his returns. If you have Sturridge for cover id do that, if not it'll be a tough call.

    Few questions;

    1. I've had ramsey (mr 2point consistency) and am holding off selling him since the fixtures look pretty promising and hes been agonisingly close to bringing home some points recently, however will he start against wolves?? if not should i sell him and whos the best option (was thinking sinclair with QPR at home).

    2. I have baines and richards, am holding on to bainesy for DGW but is it worth bringing in a utd defender (evans) for a 4 pt hit? already brought in nani this round for mata before price rise.
