Managers the length and breath of the country are frantically trying to free up funds and strike some last-minute deals to improve their squads. It’s also Deadline Day in the Premier League, so tread extra carefully as the 7.30pm Gameweek 23 Fantasy Premier League deadline approaches.

The Matchday Surgery chatroom is open, so venture in and ask your fellow fantasy managers for help and advice.

  I have the same problem myself, haven't captained a player scoring more than 2 points in a single game for the last 5-6 gameweeks. Although I have been trying not to go all mainstream and captain Robin, I decided I might as well do that now as nothing else seems to work.. 😛

They could avoid all this trouble by just bringing forward the deadline for mid week games to 6.30.

You don't get lineups for normal Saturday deadlines so why should you for mid week games?
