After a frenetic Deadline Day Tuesday that saw an abundance of big-name moves, such as Nikica Jelavic to Everton (massive), the Dugout Discussion returns to complete Gameweek 23. We’ve got five more Premier League fixtures to pour over tonight, but with most of the big-hitters on show yesterday, fantasy points may be a little thin on the ground.

We start at Villa Park with a slightly earlier kick-off, where Alex McCleish’s side play host Mark Hughes’ Queens Park Rangers. The other four games get under way on the hour, including the televised game at the Stadium of Light between Sunderland and Norwich City (definitely worth watching ahead of Valencia Vs. Barcelona).

There’s also Blackburn Rovers versus Newcastle United, Arsenal travel to the Reebok Stadium to face Bolton Wanderers, and a Bobby Zamora-less Fulham welcome the visit of Roy Hodgson’s West Bromich Albion.

    On my WC, getting cold feet about my long term plans to get Aguero in now. Cant bring myself to believe Dempsey will keep it up either. Not sure what to with Walters - has some prime fixtures

    Just feel that regardless of what I do, I cant turn this season around. Left another clean sheet on my bench and about half of my captain picks have been failures. VDV in GW10 was my first goal scoring captain of the season

    how is -4 pt hit calculated? i took 4 pt hit this week and my score showing as 57, is this with -4 pt hit taken off or will my score actually be 53 at end of the gw?

          That would be very puzzling. I was watching the game live, I recall McLean was outside the box on the left flank, tried to thread it through to Fraizer (who scored from outside the box too) and enroute it struck a knee. Surely that couldn't be in the box.

          I'll watch the replay when I find one...

    ok so despite ADG (Another Dempsey goal tonight) I'm still not finding a home for him in wc team. I think Valencia vs a Cashleyless Chelsea will outscore Dempsey away at City. After that I might re-consider but still plan on no Dempsey for wc team. I must be mad.
