The Gameweek 24 deadline is fast approaching, leaving you little time to finalise your fantasy football squad. To aid any last-minute dilemmas, the Matchday Surgery is open for another session.

We’ve got every resource you could possibly need just one-click away, helping you to keep those last minute tweaks as informed as possible. We’ve got this week’s Scout Picks, which has named our 14 players earmarked for the Gameweek . Then, there’s arguably your most valuable asset for those last-gasp transfers – our Team News section, which is decked out with up-to-date team news and all our predicted line-ups for the upcoming matches.

The bookies are rarely wrong, so take a gander at how they rate our Scout Picks, in the Fantasy Flutter. If you fancy a further gamble, then head over to “Spot the Differential”, where we consider the prospects of several ‘unfashionable’ fantasy players looking to gain a few more admirers in their very next outing. Mark’s Pre-match Preamble also follows very shortly – it could be his last for a while, so soak it up.

    Snow will fall in northern england from early afternoon. it will spread south east over the following 12 hours but turn back to rain in places. It is almost impossible at this stage to predict which games are under real threat. As we know, the pitches themselves will be OK - it is the access routes to the grounds/Health and Safety which is the problem. Advice this week is not to sweat the small stuff. Rotation and the weather will make a mockery of the best laid plans.

    Caulker or Bardsley for WC team?

    Can anyone recommend me a good 4.3M midfielder? I'm trying to get Aguero in instead of Dzeko. It would mean getting rid of Sinclair.

    Everyone stop worrying about RVP, here are all the possible scenarios:

    A) He starts = He will get points
    B) He is on the bench, Arsenal need him after 50-60 mins = He will come on and probably get points
    C) He is on the bench, but Arsenal are already 2-3 goals up by 50-60 minutes = He won't come on and your Vice Captain will come in.
    D) He isn't in the squad = Your Vice Captain will come into play.

    So chill out everybody! If you have Silva or Aguero, which should apply to everyone on here, give them the big V, sit back and relax.

    Earlier in the week I heard Arsene say every game was now a cup final. Do you bench your leading goalscorer, best player and captain for a cup final?

    Also, considering the reaction to the Oxlade-Chamberlian > Arshavin substitution against Man Utd, is Arsene Wenger really prepared to incite the Arsenal fans further? Especially at home to a poor Blackburn side without their main centre back?

    Also, Chelsea (their main rivals for 4th) are likely to get beat against Man Utd tomorrow without Terry and Cole, and this weekend is a chance to be 3 points up on them at the end of the gameweek.

    Although he talks about making changes, RVP starts for me and is withdrawn if and when the game is safe. Hopefully for those giving him the armband like me, this is post '60 and after a couple of goals / assists.
