Kenny Dalglish is confident Jose Enrique will return for Liverpool, whose counterparts, Manchester United, should have Tom Cleverley in their squad for the first time since October. Chris Smalling could also return, though Nani and Anderson seem set to miss out for the champions.

Jermain Defoe and Aaron Lennon are back for Spurs, but Rafael Van der Vaart, Younes Kaboul and Sandro are all struggling. Ramires and John Terry continue to sit out for Chelsea, whilst Jack Rodwell has suffered a hamstring setback and remains sidelined Everton.

    For those worried about cancellations.

    Just checked out weather for all 10 PL games this week. All hover around the 0C mark. No snow or rain is forecast, it’s mainly cloud with a little sun.

    Wouldn’t predict any cancellations.

    On a personal note the weather here in Manc is no way bad enough to call off a game. Not even any snow on the ground.

        He means Dempsey is really hit and miss, when he hits he smacks it out of the ground but when he doesn't it doesn't even reach the net. Inconsistent, erratic, capricious etc.

    Senderos injury has thrown a spanner in my works! Any views:

    A. Just bring in McAuley from bench v Wolves and do HBA -> Siggy as planned (to cover Sess);
    B. McAuley to Evans (had been a long term plan) and hope Sess plays;
    C. Senderos to Kelly to free up some cash.

    Currently thinking A that's what McAuley's there for, if not Wolves then who? But B looks tempting. Not keen on taking the hit to do both!

    Any views very gratefully received!

          Well since you have no swansea defense cover - you can go with Vorm..

          Schwarzer - since fulham have good fixtures too..

          Even for difficult fixtures Ful/Swa are more likely to keep a CS compared to Wolves.

              Why not vorm ?? They havent kept a CS for some time but all of their Home fixtures have been difficult..

              Even vs chelsea they were denied a cs by a fluke OG..

              So I'd still suggest Vorm but ultimately its your choice, its a different choice and I wish you good luck..

              Though beware of Odemwingie,Long, Morisson, Yakubu ,Formica and Co.

              Or if you can make up the cash you can go with Cech for the next 2-3 fixtures

    I know yada yada 7-1 but I can just see Arsenal coming up short against Sunderland away. If I was more confident in a Man City clean sheet I _may_ be persuaded to play Richards ahead of RVP but... ahhh. Don't like this week at all, and no tranrfers left :/
