    never seen a player suffer from away match droughts like aguero does!

      Don't know what it is. Could be psychological with the absence of the large home crowd. Some players thrive on performing in front of their own fans. Or could be City's inability to play through teams on the road like they do at home.

        I honestly don't think it helps that injury, rotation and ACON have meant that there is no real consistency behind him either.

          Yeah they could be contributing factors aswell. They do miss Yaya. If you look early in the season the whole team clicked into place and they were destroying teams. Nasri hasn't been good enough, Dzeko & Mario in and out the team, De Jong/Milner in place of Yaya changes the dimension of the midfield for the worse.

        I like all 3 options. But I got Aguero in to take advantage of Blackburn & Bolton at home so keeping him for them before the switch to Rooney.

    Possibly my lowest GW score ever and season over in a weekend...tough times.
    Seemingly made some impulsive early transfers last night after a few too many jägers - Rooney > Helguson and Bale > McClean; Drunken wisdom or not?

      With the benefit of hindsight I'd like to say its fairly obvious that Ade, Odem and Saha were clearly must haves for this last week 😛

      Next week, it's difficult to say after many failures, but Aguero looks like a good player to hold, not essential though. Maybe Ba and Valencia also good picks. (Hopefully, all three are in my team 😉

          Agreed. On form he'll score against anyone and he's on pens too. Can definitely see him outscoring Aguero from now till the end of the season.

          With the next 2 fixtures in mind I'd say Aguero is a better pick. It's also very early to do the transfer.

        Pfff... Way too much rotation going on in that City team. Rooney's back in form and on pens and Man United is playing great lately. And it had to be done before price rise..

          Aguero is nailed on. With Dzeko you are always at risk of a 1 pointer. I agree with your comments but I think Aguero is the better option for the next 2. Then Rooney from GW28.

      i think ba and aguero are the top choices and i will probably go for one of them. Van persie is a good choice every week. Rooney and mata could be good shouts also

    Do you reckon that Ba is essential for the next GWs?
    Only options that come to my mind to get some Toon attacking coverage without destroying my midfield are

    A. Richards, Fletcher > Santon, Ba
    or
    B. Richards, Fletcher > Evans, Cisse
