Andre Villas-Boas has revealed that Daniel Sturridge and Didier Drogba are both fit and available for Chelsea’s trip to West Brom.

Gareth Bale’s hamstring injury isn’t as serious as first feared and will be assessed this weekend by Tottenham, while Kyle Walker looks likely to be available for Harry Redknapp’s side. Spurs’ Sunday showdown counterparts, Manchester United, have a fit-again Wayne Rooney amongst their ranks, but are without Antonio Valencia and Tom Cleverley.

Stephane Sessegnon is reportedly late back from international duty and will be assessed before the North East Derby. Their equals will be able to call upon Papiss Cisse, who missed duty with Senegal in midweek but has since recovered from a groin problem, according to Alan Pardew this afternoon.

Since when did RVP become a doubt, what is wrong with him and how long will he be out for?

Both will probably concede so it comes down to attacking threat. Evans probably edges it in that battle but then again he's away to Spurs so I'd go for McCauly on the off chance they frustrate a lacklustre Chelsea side.

I've just had a look at Lawro's predictions and the only 2 clean sheets he predicts this week are Fulham and Blackburn.

OK I know he's invariably wrong but Blackburn is quite a random pick in my eyes. He gives them a 2-0 win!

Europa League Group K Match Day 2 Preview:

Twente (Shipstontrev) VS Wisla Krakow (The Wise Krak: Alex)

The first fixture in Group K sees the favourite Twente, take on the 4th seed and current surprise group leader, Wisla Krakow. Twente enters into the match after an agonising 1 point loss to Fulham and will be desperate to get their first win on the board. Wisla Krakow defeated Odense at home in round 1 and will want to cement their place at the top of the group, but will not find it easy, particularly as they are at a 4 point disadvantage.

    Team News:

Twente: Robin Van Persie and Gareth Bale will enter the weekend as injury doubts causing concern for manager Shipstontrev. Micah Richards is also a concern after missing out on Man City’s last 2 fixtures.
Wisla Krakow: The Wise Krak has RVP, Bale and Stephen Kelly who are all injury doubts as well as Antonio Valencia who is definitely out and also Micah Richards and Edin Dzeko who are rotation risks.

    Predicted Line-ups:

Twente – Vorm Richards Taylor Simpson Silva Bale Dempsey Dyer RVP Aguero Ba
Wisla Krakow – Schwarzer Richards Simpson Kelly Silva Bale Dempsey Sessegnon RVP Dzeko Ba

    Key Differential:

Twente – This tie will clearly rest on the diminutive Argentine Sergio Aguero. If he can deal heavy damage against the hapless Bolton this weekend, then Shipstontrev may just cruise to an easy victory.
Wisla Krakow – There is no doubt that the absence of Aguero is a potentially damaging blow to The Wise Krak’s chances here. He will be hoping that ‘Kun’ has an off day and that Edin Dzeko, if he does indeed decide to hold onto the Bosnian, can deal some damage to Bolton, either from the start or from the bench.

Odense BK (Dr Ennet) VS Fulham (Isacki)

The second encounter in Group K sees the group 3rd seed, Odense BK, take on the group’s 2nd seed and Premier League representative Fulham. Odense will be looking to bounce back after defeat to Wisla Krakow in round 1. Fulham manager Isacki will be feeling more than a little fortunate after his narrow 1 point victory over Twente and will want to make it 2 wins out of 2 as they travel to Odense.

    Team News:

Odense – Dr Ennet will enter into the game with doubts surrounding Robin Van Persie, Gareth Bale and Stephen Kelly. Wayne Rooney has recovered from a throat infection and will be expected to play against Spurs on Sunday.
Fulham – This team is in dire straits injury wise. Isacki will enter into the game with RVP, Bale and Kelly as injury doubts. Sorenson and Stockdale have lost their place at Stoke and Fulham respectively. Antonio Valencia is definitely out. Isacki will also be hoping Micah Richards gets the nod at right-back for Man City this weekend. 1 transfer has already been made and it’s likely one of these players has been removed.

    Predicted Line-ups:

Odense: Krul Kompany Kelly Simpson Silva Bale Dempsey Beausejour RVP Rooney Ba
Fulham: Schwarzer Richards Santon Kelly Silva Bale Dempsey McClean RVP Aguero Ba

    Key Differential:

Odense - While it’s interesting to see Jean Beausejour in a team, this tie will likely come down to the battle up front between Rooney and Aguero. Dr Ennet will be hoping that Spurs commit some of the awful defending that saw them concede 5 against Arsenal last weekend when Rooney and co. travel to White Hart Lane on Sunday.
Fulham – Isacki will in turn be hoping Rooney has an off day, and Sergio Aguero can put Bolton to the sword at the Etihad on Saturday.

All done and I think all on the speadsheet, mysteriously....

Tired Sess legs. It's part of my longer term plan anyway - was a bit of a *gulp* moment, but my stomach's settled now. If my mf doesn't show, I have faith in McClean. I think Sess may still score well, just punting on a big game performance from Nani as I'd be getting him in anyway for the run. My plans and hits have allowed me to try and be a transfer ahead, for once.

With Bale, RVP, Valencia & Sessegnon all doubts at the moment I might not be able to field 11 players this week.

I want to keep RVP and Bale because i've had them from cheap, but I need to get rid of Valencia or Sessegnon and I'm thinking of getting in Sigurdsson or McLean for one of them, so the question is which one should I get rid off and which one should I get in?
I'm leaning towards Valencia, because he is definitely out and Sessegnon might not be while Valencia costs more as well. I'm split between McLean and Siggy
Who would you get rid of and which one would you get in?

Skrtel. Liverpool have a solid defence, but a dodgy attack.

I don't think Skrtel is worth 0.4 million more than Enrique however.

    RVP-Ba-Aguero(c)

subs: Mignolet - Sigurdsson - Simpson - Kelly

I think I might keep transfer, but as I'm using wildcard soon I'm not sure if I even need to keep one.

Caulker. I know Swansea are leaky away from home, but Wigan are crap enough to fail to take advantage of that.

I think the Tyne and Wear derby will be high scoring

I'm playing Simpson and Vorm, and leaving Krul on the bench. Basically covering both bases, as I'm not overly confident of either team keeping a clean.

that start couldnt have sounded more gay mate lol

On a more serious note, id go Silva, i have, and i asked on here earlier also, it was the most common answer, and picking him does have logic looking at his fixture and form.
