Pavel wotshisface. He’s a bit good. We really must learn to pronounce his name correctly – with thousands of Fantasy managers shipping him in, he’s threatening to stick around.

While we practice our “Pogrebnyaks” in “All Aboard”, Mark and I also lament the costly break granted to Sergio Aguero and David Silva, debate the double Gameweek temptations and pick apart our hosts freshly dealt wildcard.

We’ve even included the entire episode this week, rather than cut the thing off half way through. We spoil you, we really do.

Great rank Starkey, I'll take your advice. Sess to Drenthe worth 4pts hit? Otherwise I'll be entering GW with only one sub (Caulker as have Kelly from Fulham as other)?

Think I'm just about to, out of necessity.....have Sess and need to ditch for a decent m/f option. Already have Yaya, McClean, Bale & Silva......any ideas? About 8.0 to spend.

Valencia was exactly who I had in mind and just who I wanted, leaving me enough cash for Rooney next week. But is Valencia fit again, says he's still out for a couple more weeks.

      Aguero > Suarez
      Lindegaard > Reina
      Sessegnon > Surman (-4)
The first 2 I did for the DGW, the 3rd one wasn't needed really, Sessegnon was dropping though and if I didn't do it this week I wouldn't be able to afford Suarez > Rooney next week. Plus Surman has (WIG) so it could work out.

I know it sounds an easy question, but it really not for me - who to bench:
    A- bale away to everton
B- siggy at home to MCI
    ?

(rest of the front 8 are silva demps Adam roomy Suarez pog)

still everton at home are also really bad so tottenham will score goals and bale will likely be involved and siggy has less chance of returns compared to bale also keeping in mind the diff. in the level of the 2 players

Everton have rarely conceded more than one goal in a game this season and are 4th best defence in league for goals conceded.

            Hardly terrible.

Again like has been pointed out City havent scored 2 in an away game in 7 games.

Both will be pretty low scoring I would reckon.

I did what I always planned this week, which was Aguero/Richards/Kelly to Rooney/Skrtel/Enrique for a 4pter. So currently I've still got an injured Sess on my bench. Decided last night to just let him drop and not move him out, but then he didn't drop last night, so my quandary remains.

Should I move Sess out now for a further hit, or leave him on my bench, ignoring price drops, and hoping I don't need bench cover? And if I do keep him, should I keep him for the second week of his suspension too (i.e. not get rid of him at all)?

If u keep for one week keep for both, but something like sess to Adam (if you can afford) is 0 points Vs at least 4 so worth the hit
Altnatively you can take siggy/miachi/McLean have a sure sub and release funds

Just had a look at your team - I'd say definitely keep Sess. Price drops are annoying but not as important as points, especially this late in the season. You can get a decent team out this week and have some bench options in Senderos & Simpson should anyone not play (unlikely).

I'd be inclined to keep Sess for the QPR game and then get rid, either for Valencia (if he's starting) or downgrade him to a cheapie and do Ba -> Adebayor in GW31.

      You're welcome... 😉

Thanks - that's very helpful. I was figuring that as the season goes on, money becomes less and less important compared to points, so agree with you on that. I shall hold on. I can't afford Adam anyway, as he would have seriously tempted me if I could have.

Ba -> Adebayor is definitely part of my long term plan, with Sess to someone cheaper probably forming part of it ultimately.

No probs. Yeah Adam would've been tempting if you had the cash available, but as you don't I think keeping Sess is the right play. I'm most probably doing Suarez -> Adebayor for GW31 - Spurs fixtures are ridiculous from then until the end of the season, and I think they may even get a DGW if their GW34 match doesn't get rescheduled in the same GW....

I'm same but for me it's a -4, could do komp>skirtel an at least break even, IMO I'm not too sure if pool keep any cs in two games, so for anything decent your looking for a goal/ass/bonus my dilemma goes on and all the while the timebomb that is 11.30 sat approaches

Yeah. Not sure at all if Liv are worth it.

But i see that many have taken a 4/8 point hit so i figured what the heck.

Ok, something about Kompany for me too...

    a) kompany => skrtl -4
    b) play simpson

I think I'm going for a) cos I have to play krul too.
-8 for me this week, regretting that ba => suarez now....

Like many I have Kompany and Kelly red flagged.

I've already taken a hit this GW. Should I be taking even more -?

Back 3 this week would have to be JEnrique, JEvans, Caulker otherwise?

For a -8, I wouldnt. Enrique and Evans you would probably play anyway so that only leaves Caulker. Realistically he will end up with 1 or 2 points if they concede a goal or 2, but that's better than an 8 point hit.
Admittedly you've no defensive subs, so you'll have to keeps the fingers crossed the other three all start.

On WC so thinking to swap Kompany for Enrique and double up on pool. This then opens up another couple of options elsewehere (assuming I don't bank the difference for a switch back to a City def down the line):

    Which looks better?

    A) Enrique, Walcott, Valencia (Scholes this week), Holt
    B) Kompany, Nani, Surman, Pog (keeping 08.8 banked to enable Nani,Pog>Valencia,Ade by 31)

    Rest of Team:
    Schwarzer, Mignolet
    Skrtel, BAE, Evans, Caulker
    Silva, Bale, Siggy
    RVP, Rooney

Serious dilemna - did my transfers early to avoid the Sess drop and now have a defence of

    Simpson Senderos Enrique Kompany Dawson

    Should I....

A Do nothing and hope Senderos plays and Newcastle don't get thumped.
B Dawson to Evans - which I will be doing next week anyhow. 4 points hit
C Komps to Skirtel ( losing .2 ) and double up on Liverpool? 4 point hit

    ??

I assume you can't afford to do Dawson to Skrtel for a week before bring in Evans....

      Otherwise I would say C.
You have every chance of covering the hit over the two games and don't worry about the 0.2 too much at this stage of the season, if you are intent on replacing the City defensive coverage you can just bring in Lescott instead later on.

Id say Dawson must be sold pronto. I would probably get Evans in this week, a good chance of recovering the -4, and start Enrique Evans Senderos.

You can probably get away with keeping Kompany, and I personally think Dawson is the bigger priority
